Negative experience: Couldn't be bothered to turn up for a pre arranged viewing today. Cash buyer for an property that is clearly struggling to sell given it's been reduced a few times. If your property is on Eddisbury Road with these lot then this is why it's not selling. *Update - state they can't find my records but tried to call me today. Obviously have my records to have my phone number on file.

Every member of the team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We must give a special mention to Lou, who has been our point of contact and angel in disguise for over 11 years. (She’s still helping us out to this day ) Thanks to the whole team at Premier, we know where you are if we need you.

Negative experience: Premier Estate: A Masterclass in False Advertising. Forget safety, it's a free-for-all! First, they take your money, then they let anyone take your stuff. It's a thief's paradise! Their "CCTV" is a joke, anyone can walk in and out like it's their home. Your stuff? Up for grabs. Anyone can walk in, steal your belongings, and you'd never know. Packages? Consider them gone the second they're delivered. It's absolute chaos. Report it missing? They won't lift a finger. They'd rather save a penny than spend an ounce on keeping their residents safe. The only thing "premier" about this place is its utter disregard for residents' safety. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere that actually cares about its residents.

Fantastic experience: Premier were fantastic from start to finish. James was friendly and so knowledgable when he came to value our property and Louise was a dream whenever we called to get updates. Unlike other agents we have used in the past they always fitted viewers in, even out of hours and nothing was too much trouble. If you want to deal with an agent that genuinely cares and works on your behalf Premier are the agent to use.

Negative experience: Lack of explanation of extra charges

Fantastic experience: To say the staff at Premier go above and beyond is an understatement. When other parties involved in the purchase of our property we’re letting us down, Premier we’re there to reassure us and do everything they could to help. Along the way (and a lot towards the end) we had to pester them a lot as they had a knack of getting information for us where others couldn’t, and they were never phased and were always happy to help. We dealt with a few team members along the way and each were as helpful and willing as each other. All staff were sympathetic to our stressful and time-sensitive transaction and worked to the very last minute (literally) to make sure everything went through for us. Overall we recommend Premier as highly as we can and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a property. Premier at Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port was the estate agent that managed the sale. The Premier team was excellent. I was buying from a different city and they always managed to fit me in when I wanted to visit the house and had limited availability. I liaised with Louise, James and Cathrine from Premier. They were extremely proactive and probably got the seller and I through the process a month quicker because they always followed everything up and chased me (nicely) when I didn't respond immediately. Louise particularly went the extra mile for me. She arranged things like the electrical check and boiler check for me with local professionals and just made things easier for me as a buyer. I would definitely recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: When we has to sell a relatives house James came to value the property and from the start of the discussions it was clear that his knowledge of the local market was spot on. His valuation was accurate (and even a little higher than we had expected) and his strategy for marketing the property ended up with us achieving a sale price bang in the guide zone and in a really quick time. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Fantastic experience: I have recently rented out my house through Premier Estate and Letting Agents, they have been absolutely amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are extremely hardworking, and have a great team. Any issues that came up were immediately resolved. I barely had to do anything, as they organised everything for me. The first time I spoke to Premier, I walked down Chester Road, Little Sutton on a bank holiday. All the estate agents were closed, except for Premier, in there was the Lettings Manager working away with a broken leg, on her day off. If that does show dedication, I don’t know what is. 100% will recommend to anyone!!! I will enjoy to keep working with them in the future.

Negative experience: Disgraceful..we viewed a house on Friday and were informed that they would collate all the views and feedback on Monday and then speak to the vendor..we put an offer in today and been informed that an offer and sale was agreed on Saturday.... something not right....then informed we can put a higher offer in after sale agreed..stay away!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve found that Debbie goes above and beyond any estate agent I’ve dealt with. As a landlord I’ve previously had an extremely bad experience with an independent competitor of Premier. Their service was so awful that I was considering self-managing, which would have been extremely difficult as I work and live in the south. However, I’m so glad I put my faith in Debbie and her team. From day one they have understood my concerns, provided my tenants and I with reassurances that we could all have an effective, working relationship. They’ve provided efficient communications, never responding to emails any later than 24hours, with phone calls to confirm understanding. I’ve found their full management service exceptional, with in depth visits to the tenants, quick payment/fee statements. All this at very competitive pricing. I can safely say that Debbie and her team have restored my faith in estate agents.

Negative experience: Try to avoid people, most of these estate agents are nothing but experts in ripping people off, the work the do for the money they get paid does not add up, I would go with purple bricks all day long, you will get a much more professional service for a fraction of the price.

Fantastic experience: As a landlord I have dealt with a couple of agents in the area, both corporate and independent. Then a friend recommended Premier & I’m glad he did! They have been nothing but professional with the most helpful staff and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They found me great tenants and guided me though all the changes in legislation so that I was compliant with all the new laws set out for landlords these days. I have regular inspection reports about the condition of my property keeping me in the loop but taking the day to day stresses away. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Negative experience: LANDLORDS MUST NOT USE THIS COMPANY The staff are totally unprofessional and have no interest in anything other than making their own jobs as easy as possible. This included: -Not consulting us before undertaking work on our property -Not consulting us before repaying the tenants deposit -Not undertaking any satisfactory level of checks on the property when tenants moved out. - Having no interest in making sure the tenant stuck to their contracted terms AVOID THIS COMPANY

Fantastic experience: Very personable and professional service! Earlier this year my husband and I bought a house and sold our house through premier estate agents, the experience was great. We sold our home within days and got over the asking price! It went very smoothly, we were very pleased! The house we bought was a repossession so a lot more complicated and stressful, but premier supported us through the whole process and gave honest advice which was really appreciated. They were fast, efficient and trustworthy, I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks for helping us get our dream family home :)

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with letting process from beginning to end. We had an initial advisory visit to the property followed by advertising and marketing. It went 'live' one afternoon and a tenant was found within 24 hours. Obviously with the necessary vetting procedures and agreements being drawn up. Our experience was second to none.

Fantastic experience: Premier worked very hard to sell my property. Always kept me up to date, always pushing the solicitors and purchasers to progress properly and helping to sort out any problems that arose. Highly recommend them you won't go wrong ask for James.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could If you are going to rent a property here....DONT. WARNING you will not get your deposit back at the end of your rental. thay will give you reasons why but they just make up lies. there MUST be some fiddle going on here

Fantastic experience: If you want the best from your Estate Agent you have to choose the best and Premier Estate Agents are definately that. A good agent makes you feel like you are their only customer and thats the service i received. I was assigned to work with James Beech, Sales Manager who worked proactively with me in finding a buyer for my home and also selling us our dream home.. now that's an Estate Agent! His customer service and communication skills were fantastic and exceeded my very high expectations! James local knowledge and personality was definately an asset. He maximised every contact who was interested in my property and kept in regular contact with me, always returning my calls and believe me i made plenty of them... did i mention i was demanding! lol... This agency is not one that piles you with brochures and hides behind databases when you go in, for starters they all smile.., they listen and they deliver on their promises... so if you are overwhelmed by who to choose from the large number of EA's on the high street in Little Sutton, pop into Premier Estate Agents and get the sale you're looking for.... our property sold within a couple of months and James was there every step of the way right to the end with both my sale and new purchase and took the stress away from can be an exhausting process. They were always on hand to answer any questions or any queries we had. They even helped with the purchase of the new property! Really can’t recommend them highly enough, less than 3 months after contacting Premier we were in our new dream home. After some bad experiences with other estate agents it was like a breath of fresh air with Premier. We will always be thankful to the team there, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
