Propeller Properties - Wirral Estate Agents & Letting Agents

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Propeller Properties - Wirral Estate Agents & Letting Agents. The team was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout, making the whole property process feel smooth and straightforward. Communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently with great attention to detail. I would happily recommend Propeller Properties to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Propeller Properties! The team was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and efficient, and they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market really stood out, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing a great service. I would happily recommend Propeller Properties to anyone looking for a reliable estate or letting agent in the Wirral.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Propeller for just over a year now and are extremely happy, from the 1st viewing upto present day. Lisa has been very quick to answer any queries and always follows up on any tasks that have been completed. A great service.

Fantastic experience: Craig sold our house for us and it wasn’t a straightforward house to sell, yet he put an amazing spin on it for us and managed to sell it to the first people who viewed it! The couple in question did go first to another property, yet Craig knew they were interested in ours and kept following up with them until they finally made an offer! Other estate agents would have given up. Throughout the process Craig kept us informed and followed up with everything. He went above and beyond to get the house through, even with the extremely tight deadline and the little quirks that made our house an interesting sell!!! Even in the last couple of weeks he kept us calm(er) and made sure everyone knew what was happening. I can fully recommend Craig and Propeller Properties for your house sells – he is fantastic! Thank you Craig.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Propeller Properties any more if I tried, I worked with Lisa Graham (Wirral) on finding my first rented property and from start to finish it was informative, friendly, fast and above all great service.

Fantastic experience: I've had a really positive experience renting through this estate agent. The team, specifically Rachele has been professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever I've had any questions or needed assistance. Communication has been clear throughout the tenancy, and any maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. They've made the whole renting process straightforward and stress-free. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.

Fantastic experience: I have received a very friendly and efficient service from Propeller Lettings.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough, friendly staff, fast responses and no job or anything I raise is an issue. I have rented on and off for heatsy and propeller have without a doubt been my best experience.

Negative experience: I usually never give reviews unless it’s a positive experience but I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. I was extremely interested in renting one of their properties and arranged a viewing on the same day because I didn’t want to miss the opportunity. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately. I was not given the property’s location over the phone, and the location listed on Zoopla was incorrect, resulting in me having to take a second taxi to reach the property. After viewing the apartment, I loved it and wanted to submit my application that very same day. I emailed the agency immediately using the email address on the business card provided by the agent who conducted the viewing. The following day, I called to confirm that I had sent it to the correct email address. Only after that call did I receive a response and was asked to complete a form, I was then told they would contact the landlord, who was apparently away, and that I should expect an update within a couple of days. After waiting almost a week without any communication, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update but received no response. The following day, I called the office and was informed that the agent dealing with my enquiry was on annual leave. I was then told that another applicant had submitted an application for the property. I find this incredibly difficult to understand. I expressed my interest immediately after the viewing and made every effort to proceed as quickly as possible. The agent who showed me the property even mentioned that it had not been viewed by anyone else for a couple of weeks. Given that, I cannot understand how my interest was never properly progressed or why my application was not dealt with promptly, allowing another applicant to secure the property instead. It is also concerning that work appears to be left unattended when an agent goes on annual leave, with no apparent handover or communication to ensure prospective tenants are looked after. The lack of organisation, communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely disappointing. This was the perfect property for me, and I ultimately lost the opportunity because my enquiry was not handled efficiently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency and would not choose to deal with them again in the future. 0/10.

Fantastic experience: speaking as a tenant I have found Propellor to be friendly super efficient and very helpful with any glitches when moving in or since. Any problems were dealt with very quickly and resolved to my satisfaction.I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Being new to the property rental world I was recommended Propeller Properties to assess and guide me through the process. From initial contact to the ongoing management of my property they have been exceptional. They understand the local market and provide invaluable advice on my options. There was no hard sell and the final decision was mine. Once I decided to pursue the rental route, they guided me through what I should and should not do, ensuring I didn’t waste time or money. They quickly secured a suitable tenant for the property, ensuring the property aligned with the tenant and the tenant aligned with my (landlords) requirements. I would highly recommend Lisa & the team at Propeller Properties for all your property rental or sales needs.

Fantastic experience: We are first time renters and Jane was absolutely great with any questions we had. Friendly and professional, told us to contact if we have any queries and has kept to that, her responses are always prompt. Great service and lovely letting agent to have.

Negative experience: Propeller Lettings Team, I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding the issues experienced today in relation to property access and communication. As someone running a business, it is essential that accurate information and correct keys are provided in advance. Today, I did not have the correct keys, and on three separate occasions I had to call to clarify the property location. This caused unnecessary disruption, delays, and added stress to an already busy working day. I find this level of organisation and communication extremely disappointing and below the standard I would expect. Situations like this impact my time, professionalism, and ability to operate effectively. I would appreciate clarification on how this will be addressed moving forward to ensure this does not happen again. I look forward to your response.

Fantastic experience: This is our first experience of being landlords and Lisa at Propeller has been excellent. She is very knowledgeable and has guided us thoroughly throughout the process from our initial contact to the property being let and beyond. She has been very professional, straight talking and responds to queries quickly. Propeller's management fees are extremely competitive too. We would highly recommend Propeller.

Fantastic experience: Propeller and Jane have been fantastic. They understood my needs well and went above and beyond to ensure a quick turnaround. Communications were prompt, I was kept informed at every stage. Jane was very personable. Overall I have been very impressed and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with the letting agent, especially Jane Irwin. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout every step of the process of renting the property. Jane made everything smooth and easy, always responding quickly and providing clear guidance. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: What an excellent landlord. Prompt, efficient, fair. Always responded quickly. All maintenance issues were dealt with straight away. Thankyou Propeller Lettings.

Fantastic experience: Jane at propeller was kind polite and very respectful to me I couldn't wish to meet a more kind professional ladey.I award her with 5 stars and a cup of tea when she needs it .

Fantastic experience: On meeting Jane from propeller properties myself and my son was very impressed with her professionalism she was really nice and reassuring towards me and my son who was very pleased with advise and understanding she showed thank you Jane

Fantastic experience: I have been a landlord for over twenty years so I know what is expected from a letting company. After a disappointing 3 months finding a suitable tenant with two other companies on the Wirral I moved my business to propeller lettings. I found them extremely professional, caring and astute. Rachele from the company was excellent and went over and above what was expected. Time is money, and with all the new rules that came into force on the 1st October, it’s imperative to choose the right letting agent. In my opinion this is the only company on the Wirral I would trust.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Propeller Properties for a number of years now. Rachele and James are really helpful and I'm super happy with the service received as a landlord. They are really responsible and reply to my enquiries quickly. No troubles at all. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: A genuinely excellent company, I’ve used them on multiple occasions and they have found me excellent tenants among other things. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Rachele at Propeller over the past three years as a long-distance investor in Liverpool, and I can honestly say she has made the whole process so much smoother and more stress-free. No matter the time of day, Rachele was always available, personally contactable, and quick to respond. That level of dedication gave me real peace of mind, especially being based so far away. She consistently went above and beyond, making sure every step was handled efficiently and with care.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Brilliant service, great communication, fast at finding new tenants. Couldn't ask for a better service as I don't live local to my property, I have been with this company for approx 10yrs. Thank you Propeller Properties and your team.

Fantastic experience: Rachael has been managing my properties for a couple of years now. Both Liverpool and Manchester. Very reliable and sorts problems out in no time. Great price compared to other estate agents. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Excellent service for landlords in the Liverpool / Wirral area. Fast responses, swift issue resolution, and fair pricing. I would fully recommend - I have been using Propeller Lettings as a landlord for around 4 years.

Fantastic experience: As a first time Landlord I was very well looked after by Lisa and the team at Propeller Lettings. I would certainly recommend Propeller to other prospective Landlords. Thank you Guys! After being with propeller now for over three years, I have been delighted with the service it has been excellent as well as great value. I would not trust my rental property with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: The fifth letting agent I have used since I started investing in property…wish I had known about them 10 years ago…by far and away the most effective and professional letting agent and estate agent on the market. Cannot recommend them highly enough…thank you to all at Propeller…with special mention for Rachele…keep up the outstanding work!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Propeller Letting for their property management business. They were recommended to me over 10 yrs ago and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I have dealt with both James and Rachele in a professional capacity and can honestly say they provide an excellent service for both landlord and tenant. They are friendly and quick to resolve any problems or issues that tenants might have. They also find reliable and trustworthy tenants quickly. They genuinely provide a great level of service so both landlords and tenants are happy and stress free. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Dealing with Rachel from Propeller Property is a pleasure. She is totally professional, absolutely unflappable, highly experienced and so approachable. I simply have nothing but praise and can’t recommend them enough! Lizzie Skyner

Fantastic experience: Been in our property now for over a year, I can’t thank propeller letting enough! There isn’t anything to small or to big for them to sort! I report a problem and it gets sorted straight away! They are all polite and welcoming in the office! I really can’t not recommend theses enough!

Fantastic experience: Craig was responsive, helpful and very professional throughout our purchase.

Fantastic experience: The Propeller team - and in particular Rachele, are a great team. They offer and provide professionalism to the industry and to us as a client.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience with this HORRENDOUS COMPANY. DO NOT PAY THESE COWBOYS TO LOOK AGTER YOUR PROPERTY. Worst property management company I have ever used. Charged more than other local companies yet did an absolutely awful job. It would have been easier to manage the property myself. They should be ashamed of themselves the way that they go about their business. I will be reporting them to their redress scheme.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and unreliable agency.

Fantastic experience: Propeller letting - I have dealt with both Lisa and Adam they are outstanding and a must for anyone renting a property with the current requirements ... they are both very knowledgeable and give sound advice and act in a timely manner ... we are very pleased with this agent and very thankful we found them

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team at Propeller Lettings! James and Lisa from the team do a fantastic job of managing my property, always thorough, professional and a really friendly bunch too! As a landlord who is often time poor I fully trust Propeller to manage my property in the best and most efficient way, this cannot be said for other agents I work with. Communication, local knowledge and attention to detail are standout USP’s of this agency. They resolve issues quickly and efficiently and are also quick to find and secure tenants. This high level of service has been consistent for the past 7 years I’ve worked with them so I can wholeheartedly recommend them with absolute confidence. As long as I have property in the area they would be my go-to agents of choice for all related property services.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Propeller Properties both as the property manager for my rental home and later as the estate agent responsible for selling the property. In both roles, their service was nothing short of exceptional. As my property manager, they demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and efficiency. Lisa was instrumental in securing a tenant for my property promptly, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and approachability throughout the process. The team’s proactive communication ensured that any issues were promptly addressed, and they consistently maintained the property to a high standard. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for both the tenant’s and my satisfaction made the rental experience seamless and stress-free. Rachele and James were always great at communicating and promptly resolved any issues, making them the best letting agents I’ve dealt with. When it came time to sell the property, Propeller Properties seamlessly transitioned into their role as my estate agent, with Craig leading the charge. They provided insightful market analysis, developed a strategic marketing plan, and attracted qualified buyers swiftly. Their negotiation skills were impressive, securing a favourable sale price while ensuring a smooth transaction process. Throughout, their responsiveness and dedication reaffirmed my confidence in their capabilities. The friendly, efficient team, coupled with their local knowledge and great levels of expertise, made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Propeller Properties to anyone seeking top-tier property management or estate agency services. Their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction truly sets them apart in the industry.

Fantastic experience: Lisa was very helpful in securing a tenant for our property. Thank you Lisa for all the help. She has been very professional and approachable. We really had good experience from Lisa and entire Propeller team.

Fantastic experience: I love Propeller and without Propeller I wouldn't be able to run my portfolio. I am based in London and I also use several other agents in different locations. But Propeller is by far the most engaged and hands free agency to manage my portfolio. I highly recommend Propeller. James and Rachele both are very knowledgeable and helpful and are the best that I know in town.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy with Lisa from the rental department. She guided me every step off the way and was very professional and friendly. Managed to get me a new tenant quickly. Great service from start to finish. I feel confident knowing she is managing my property. Thank you Lisa.

Fantastic experience: Propeller have recently helped me in selling a property and the service received from Craig and the rest of the team throughout the entire process was excellent. If anyone is looking for someone to help them sell their property then I would have no hesitation in recommending Propeller to them.

Fantastic experience: Lisa has been really helpful and approachable. I requested Propeller’s support to manage my new property and am happy to continue using their services. Lisa is always available on the phone whenever I have had any questions. She has always kept me updated at every point which I have found useful. Lisa is friendly and professional ☺️

Negative experience: I had a viewing for a property that was being listed for sale £89950 when I spoke to on the phone to arrange the viewing they told me that that was the price the vendor was looking for I was interested in the property, viewed it and wanted to offer that price. I was told I cannot submit an offer on that day as they had more viewings arranged. I still emailed them asking to submit that offer on the day but they did not they got back to me the next day saying that they have since then received higher offers around £92. Nowhere in the listing was it written that they are looking for offers in excess of the asking price and that people would be bidding on the property, also I was told what contrary offers were which I'm not sure you can do. My offer should have been submitted on the day and you cannot disclose the offers you have received for a property as it turns into an auction where people start bidding. In my last conversation with them a few hours later the property price had gone up to £93500, you cannot disclose offers to potential buyers you have already received as again it turns the sale into an auction. Looks like they play with everyone for the best price! *Edit* Regarding the below response, the issue is not with the asking price of the property nor did that warrant the review the issue is you disclosed offers you have received in an attempt to increase the actual say price you can't disclose offers to other potential buyers the sale literally turns into an auction!

Fantastic experience: I have been delighted with the very professional service provided to myself by Lisa at Propeller Letting Agents. The whole process of marketing the property and successfully securing a tenant was, professional, fast and flawless. A Tenant was secured in less than 24 hours with excellent communication from Lisa but a very much hands off approach for myself. I would highly recommended Propeller Estate & Lettings Agent

Fantastic experience: The Prpeller have a totally professional team, specially Lisa. I have found the company dealing with any issues promptly and economically. I wish them all the success.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, efficient and friendly. A reliable and high quality service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service. Dealt with Rachele and she helped every step of the way. Very professional and informative and couldn’t do enough to help. Thankyou so very much

Fantastic experience: I have had an excellent service off Propeller Lettings for many years, and I find Rachele very easy to communicate with and is always there to help. I trust her to find me the right tenants, I wouldn’t use anyone else. They really are the BEST! Thank you Rachele so much

Fantastic experience: Rachele, one of the greatest estate agents I've worked with since moving to the UK, provided me with the best service. She is an excellent communicator, is always available when you need her assistance, and her primary purpose is to deliver outstanding service to her clients. Propeller lettings is the finest, and I would recommend Rachele to anyone looking to rent a property in Merseyside.

Fantastic experience: Being a new landlady I was very cautious with who I wanted to let my property through and I can safely say Propeller Lettings have been brilliant! Rachel and her team couldn't have been more helpful. I feel confident I have made the right choice and have peace of mind the property is in good hands.

Negative experience: They are not competent and not nice, they are very bad in resolving issues.. A memo was communicated to us that Propeller lettings are the new management for the accommodation to where I am staying. Instead of the director to resolve issues amicably and understand my plight that I will be homeless , he was looking for false accusation on me and threatened me with eviction.. I had to sleep in train stations for weeks before I could get somewhere to stay .

Fantastic experience: Very Welcoming, I will always recommend Propeller Lettings.

Fantastic experience: Excellent people who are always there to help in every way possible The team do the best to to find the best tenants for your property I can’t fault Rachelle and the team keep up the great work your doing

Fantastic experience: We have been renting from Propeller for about 5/6 years now and we have never had a problem. If we need something fixing Rachele has always been on hand, always arranged prompt solutions with necessary third parties and landlord and I can't recommend Propeller enough. Really good experience and really good interaction when you need them.

Fantastic experience: The best letting agent I've ever had. Rachelle is so quick to respond to any small faults and someone comes to resolve them within a few days.

Positive experience: Have used Propeller Lettings for 7 years now,and after my last tenant vacated the house they left it in an unfit state to re-rent. Propeller helped me sort everything out and get the house back on the market with a new tenant in a couple of weeks

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Best letting agents I’ve ever dealt with. Any issues were sorted immediately. Fantastic communication. Rachele is a star, couldn’t recommend this company anymore ☺️

Fantastic experience: One of the most reliable and best rental estate agents in Liverpool. As a landlord of multiple properties in the area, Propeller manages all of them. The service they provide in terms of efficiency, reliability, response time and most importantly looking after the needs of tenants is second to none. They have managed my portfolio for few years and without hesitation I would strongly recommend them to either a landlord for property rental/management or potential tenants seeking an agency who would not only help you find a suitable home but also sustain the quality of accommodation.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The best property agency, thank you very much guys for the best customer service, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great people to deal with, good communication skills and very friendly company.

Fantastic experience: As a landlord, I use Propeller Lettings across my residential lettings portfolio and have no hesitation in recommending them. They are excellent. Professional, always available and attentive, and very competively priced.

Negative experience: Not responding properly. While contacting their office.

Fantastic experience: We have been with propeller for over 4 years now , they have been a great agency , always straight out immediately if ever a problem occurs , no high priced admin fees when signing up your tenancy with them we have dealt with Rachele mainly during the 4 years she's always been very helpful when needed and great communication , always makes sure it's convenient for us if they require any checks highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The best letting agents I've dealt with. I've rented two properties via Propeller Lettings - Rachele and James have always been great at communicating and promptly resolved any issues.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from friendly professional people. Helped me with a few little issues I had

Fantastic experience: I've used these guys a few times now, and am happy to say that they're excellent - very thorough & professional, quick to respond to messages, and friendly too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Been a really good letting agency had no issues with them and they were incredibly quick whenever we reported any issues within the houses we rented.

Fantastic experience: Honest and reliable.

Fantastic experience: Best Letting Agency I have rented through Propeller Lettings for 5 years & can honestly say they are all simply amazing. I didn’t have many reasons to call with issues relating to our gorgeous apartment but when I did have minor issues, James & the team were straight on it and had the issue resolved timeously. The safety checks for gas etc were carried out annually and the contractors Propeller use were always friendly and professional. Thank you so much for making our years with you so enjoyable, I have rented for 14 years in total and I wish I had found Propeller Lettings for the previous 9 years as believe you me I’ve had a couple of awful experiences with other agents. We wish James & The Team continued success. Best Regards Becky

Fantastic experience: Have been renting through Propeller for a good few years now and I can honestly say that they are the best company that I've ever rented through. Never had any problems at all getting any work that needed doing, done. Excellent staff and very professional, would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything you've done in the past.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is that they are professional and fast in finding the perfect property and fixing minor or major issues within the property!!!

Fantastic experience: Just brilliant. We have rented all over the UK and overseas and by far and away, propeller have been the best. They are responsive, understanding, proactive, And just so much better than anyone we have ever dealt with. They have made our tenancy, stress free and happy. 10/10

Negative experience: Absolutely awful letting agency. Only after the money I rented 12 months with them and after the end despite the house being professionally cleaned they tried to steal my deposit! Luckily I took photos and videos of everything before I left! The worst letting agents out there

Negative experience: I rented a house via Propeller lettings in late 2019. Everything seemed fine. This week (over a year after my 6 month tenancy ended) I received an email from a debt collection agency on behalf of United Utilities. Apparently, in spite of propeller lettings giving them my details when I moved in, they decided not to give the details of the subsequent tenant/landlord once the tenancy ended. Additionally, they gave an incorrect number to United Utilities so there was no means by which I could be contacted. So for over a year since the tenancy ended I have been on the hook for someone else's water bill that I was not aware of and have no means of being contacted by the company to let me know.

Fantastic experience: Currently a tenant. They do everything correctly and by the book. They're professional, friendly and responsive. Fully recommend.

Negative experience: They don't want to rent to cat owners.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience so far. Makes me feel more supported and secure as a private tenant- something which is lacking in some other areas of the UK at the moment.

Fantastic experience: nice service from nice people

Fantastic experience: Propeller guys manage a couple of my flats. Great service, they keep the tenants happy and have saved a ton of hassle and cash fixing problems quickly.
