Fantastic experience: Tom was most helpful at the initial viewing and promptly contacted landlord subsequently, and confirmed with me shortly afterwards that the tenancy agreement could be pursued. Positive experience: Littlefairs made everything as easy as possible during my tenancy. They were straightforward about the set up process and didn't charge any unreasonable fees. Throughout the tenancy they responded quickly to any repair requirements. There was one disagreement over the terms of the contract at the time of renewal, but they made things right when I detailed their error. I can sum it up by saying that I would actively seek to rent with Littlefairs again in future, due to their generally great manor.

Fantastic experience: Lovely property company and very accommodating! Myself and a friend moved into a Littefairs property about a month ago and honestly, it’s the easiest move I’ve ever had to do. Tom helped us with our move. We needed to find a new place to live asap and Tom was very kind and understanding and helped us find a place almost immediately. I’m thrilled with the service he provided us, making us feel comfortable and keeping us in the loop regularly through every step of the process.
