Fantastic experience: We recently purchased our property which was sold by Indigo Greens, and they were fantastic throughout the process. We were inexperienced in the property market and Indigo Greens helped guide us through the process brilliantly, from making an offer all the way to completion. The thing that stood out most was the proactive communication we received throughout, and this was particularly important for us towards the end of the home buying process and on exchange/completion day. We found one of the solicitors in our chain to be particularly poor at communicating updates or making timely progression on tasks, but Indigo Greens were there to help chase the Solicitors and other Estate Agents at each step of the journey, and get back to us as the buyers with regular updates to put at ease. In short we'd simply have been in the dark had it not been for Indigo Greens excellent customer service. We love our new house, but if we ever did move again in the future, we'd be looking to use Indigo Greens. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I can not express enough how excellent indigo greens have been from the initial valuation to the sale of our property. The communication from all the team was exceptional and they were always available to answer any questions we had (we had a lot!). We have used other agents in York previously and we are hoping that we won’t be moving again, but… if we do, we would always use these guys. It’s all about the personal touches that you don’t tend to get from a larger estate agents. We were not seen as a number but treated a valued customer. Fantastic experience: From start to finish AMAZING! Simon came and valued my house, he was so approachable and helpful with all my questions, he had an excellent knowledge of the area. Emma was fab, she came to do the 360 tour and was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I sold my house within a couple of weeks just before Christmas which every said was a quiet time. I only had 2 viewings and it was done. Everything ran so smoothly afterwards with Izzy on the case - she kept me informed and was so quick to respond. Fantastic experience: Indigo Greens really do offer the whole package. As a team they are honest, knowledgeable, diplomatic, kind and trustworthy. Their level of service was really something and it was consistent, no matter what was thrown their way. The option to use the group WhatsApp was a massive help to me and I have always felt able to make contact with team IG.
