Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with House + Co during my move-in process. Joe and Freya were both very helpful and supportive throughout. In particular, Joe was excellent, as he was my main point of contact for the property. He answered all of my queries promptly and clearly, and even when the referencing paperwork was delayed, he genuinely tried his best to help me move in on my originally planned date. Unfortunately, due to some referencing delays, the move-in had to be pushed back by a few days. However, this was completely understandable given the Christmas and New Year holiday period, and the communication throughout was transparent and reassuring. Overall, the service leading up to the move-in was professional, friendly, and well managed. I am very happy with how everything was handled and hopeful that this will be a long and smooth tenancy, similar to my previous long-term rentals. Thank you again to Joe and Freya for all your help.

Since moving into our rental just under two years ago, Dave has been absolutely brilliant, he's polite, he's easy to talk, he responds to any queries or questions quickly and any issues or concerns that pip up, he gets those sorted promptly too. He liases with the landlord brilliantly and quickly, and this always ensures that any issues or concerns that do arise, they're sorted quickly and promptly without delay. He keeps open communication with myself and touches base often to check the progress of things or to see if they've been completed to a high standard. We've had a few issues pop up since moving in and I honestly, couldn't be more pleased with the service and assistance we've been given, it's really refreshing to have a lettings agent that listens and cares, as they are few and far between. I couldn't recommend Dave and House+Co more.

I had to travel two hours from London to Bristol for the viewing, I wasted more than £40 on the trip The agent was perfectly aware of this and didn’t bother to let me know the night before I made the trip
