Fantastic experience: Just over 7 years ago I viewed a flat and was a little unsure. Jane cook the next day without hesitation arranged a viewing for my parents to see it and between the 3 of them I was nudged into making what turned out to be the perfect choice for my first home. As time has gone on I have decided it’s time to get a garden and a bit more space. It was obvious to me to get in touch with Jane. I was told by many people not to sell close to Christmas as nobody would be interested. The viewings were done by Chloe Davies who really made me feel at ease. She obviously made the clients feel the same way too as the first viewing she did resulted in a second viewing and whilst they were debating the property Chloe then showed the property to another client who has gone ahead with the property. I have not once had to chase her for anything which is just perfect as I really struggle with making calls during working hours. She has also been great with my house cat who I have worried about getting stressed as he can be a little timid. I came home each time to a happy little cat! I feel like I am in safe hands going forward which is very important to me as I am doing this alone and have needed a bit of guidance! I just want to say a big thank you for all the help so far! I am sure there may still be a few silly questions from me to come so please bear with me!

Positive experience: Whilst it took over a year to find the right buyers for my property (only reason for 4☆), Taylors strived throughout to keep momentum going, even relaunching it's advertising. Chloe was always quick to respond and always positive giving great feedback on viewings. When a buyer did materialise, she liased between us throughout whilst we waited on them to sell their property. She was a credit to the company. I would also mention Ashleigh, who also made us feel positive throughout and always made herself available when we had any questions.
