Fantastic experience: I was renting my place out and went around the agencies , they were all too expensive, it would work out two months of my receiving rent which wasn’t fair! Went to Simon and the gave me a very competitive rate which was incl vat still less than a month’s rent. Paul found me a great tenant after 10 days waiting which is really quick. Fantastic experience: Estate Agents have a bad reputation but the guys at Country Properties completely dispel that. They are totally honest and genuinely want to make the moving experience as easy and friendly as possible. Brothers Ian and Simon have been working together at Country Properties for many years and have lots of experience. They valued our property significantly higher than other Agents and achieved 3 asking price offers within 3 days of the property going on the market. They filtered the buyers out so there were no time wasters and no noseys just wanting to have a look round. They respond to emails immediately and even recommended a fantastic conveyancer. All round a great service from them and I can't recommend them highly enough.
