Positive experience: Today, I have viewed a property through a young gentleman, Arhum. He showed us round and allowed us to go outside and fully showed us everywhere. He explained throughout and opened the garage door for us too by himself. So we viewed the property nicely and comfortably, and hopefully, we will make an offer.

Negative experience: I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. From the beginning, communication was slow and inconsistent, and I was constantly chasing them for basic updates about my property and the progress of the sale/letting. Deadlines were missed with no explanation, viewings were poorly organised, and on several occasions they failed to turn up or cancelled at the last minute, wasting my time completely I was also unhappy with the way fees and costs were handled; several charges were not clearly explained upfront and only appeared later in the process, which felt misleading and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive rather than trying to resolve the issues, and I never received a proper apology or meaningful solution. Overall, I did not feel they were acting in my best interests at any point. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and to get everything in writing if they decide to use this company, or better yet, look elsewhere for an agent that is transparent, responsive, and actually cares about their clients

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from this estate agency. After initially contacting them, they called me to discuss my requirements in detail, taking all the information about what I was looking for in a property. However, after I showed interest in a specific property and provided them with everything they asked for, their communication completely stopped. Since that point, they have ignored my phone calls, messages, and emails with no explanation or follow-up. This lack of professionalism and basic communication is very frustrating. It feels like once they collected my details, they lost all interest in actually providing any service. I have never experienced such poor customer service from an estate agent before. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable communication or professional support.

After our offer was accepted, we initially had some hiccups with the sales progression. However, Kayleigh Brown (Senior Sales Progressor) stepped in and was absolutely fantastic. She completely turned the experience around; her communication was top-tier and she was incredibly proactive. Being at the bottom of a 5-house chain as first-time buyers is very daunting, but Kayleigh kept us updated every step of the way and managed the complexity with total professionalism. We never had to chase her once. We are so grateful to Ozan for the start and Kayleigh for getting us across the finish line!

Negative experience: Enquired about a property, took two weeks to get a virtual viewing because they couldn't manage the tenants in the property. Didnt get any links to view the property, sent multiple emails to elissia no reply. Called then to find out property is not available. Couldnt disclose if it was let or removed or any chance it could come back. Absolute shambles of an agency for a basic request.
