Taylors Sales and Letting Agents Biggleswade

Fantastic experience: Soffia was fantastic with our enquiry- really helpful and knowledgeable. Her professionalism and help went a long way to us going with Taylors to sell our house. The team genuinely are excellent, they listened and advised really well. Immensely grateful to them all.

Negative experience: My sister and I felt from the beginning we were lied to! Ok the guy who came to the house and showed us the whole process from start to finish really bigged themselves up, this is why we chose Taylor’s, but when you are told they have a cash buyer and there is no chain our end, the buyer is an investor and it should be done quickly we believed them, it took 5 months! Then on the day we got the deal around 4pm when we’d had enough and our cut off point was 5pm, my sister had updates from Taylors, I didn’t, we are joint owners, when going into Taylors they lied and said they had tried to get in touch with me, I had only once received correspondence from them! If I was anyone I’d give them a miss!

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Taylors Biggleswade Sales without hesitation. Easy 5 star review as Taylors Biggleswade have been very helpful and supportive. Santino and team provided good support setting up the account then providing a steady stream of potential buyers. Viewings were handled professionally and feedback given promptly. It was a difficult market in many ways and that reflected in pressure on the sale price, this was discussed and worked through. We are almost through to completion now and even so I am sure this review will not change before the end of our business. I'd like to thank Santino for making promises early on that him and the team delivered on.

Fantastic experience: Viewed a house in Sandy with George, his knowledge of the house and area were fantastic and was able to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately the house wasn’t for us but we will be sure to call George if anything else comes up with Taylors. Spoke to Natasha regarding all things mortgages again her market and product knowledge was great and took her time to run through our affordability checks late in the day and didn’t feel rushed at all. Great work team and look forward to contacting you again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Both George and Santino were a pleasure to deal with. George was knowledgeable and came prepared which was great. Would happily use them again in future for viewings and valuations.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold an ex rental property through Taylors Biggleswade. This review is specific to the recovery of the deposit from the tenants after the property was vacated and left in an awful condition. We dealt with Kim, a deposit specialist, she was helpful, professional and empathetic to us and communicated regularly through the process to it's conclusion. She is a real asset to Taylor's business.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Ella at Taylors. Was able to see the process through from beginning to end. Very happy with the property. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking to rent in the Biggleswade area. Big thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Miladh Islam for his help and expertise so far in our property search. He showed us three houses earlier today and were grateful for his insightful comments and observations at each of the very different properties. We have a clearer idea of what we are looking for now, which is good!

Negative experience: Since my last review advising on how poor the service provided by Taylor’s sales Team, and letting, I have since been successful in recovering the whole deposit they owe me.. the fight against unauthorised access is still ongoing but looks favourable. All I would advise is think very carefully before using this company.

Fantastic experience: Our house has only been on the market a couple of weeks and already the team have been working hard to get people viewing our house , George and the new manager Santorini are absolutely amazing , they’re friendly , always keeping me up to speed with viewings and I’m so happy I can onboard with Taylor’s to sell my house , thank you

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with the proactive approach and helpfulness of the Taylor Team, Biggleswade. Samantha, can't appreciate enough, you Rock. From viewings to hand-over of the keys, everything was handled so smoothly. She went the extra mile at every step of the process, perfecting documentation and supporting each query I had while I was located in London and could not travel every time. Although it was a very challenging scenario to have the agreement in the shortest time before I left for abroad, Samantha made it happen. It was 'an incredible Job'. Overall, felt so accommodating with all my queries answered even after my move-in. I strongly would recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I called the office yesterday and spoke with someone named Miladh. Incredibly professional and booked a valuation in with his colleague Ethan for today. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with an estate agent. After years of buying and selling it’s difficult to put total faith in an agent but Taylor’s Biggleswade honestly have my full support. Would highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Everybody at Taylors has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout our entire move from the very beginning to end. Completely non-biased, impartial advice from Ethan in particular was extremely helpful. Both Miladh and Mason were great in working with us to schedule viewings also. Fantastic experience: Ethan was a joy to work with, had clearly done some pre-work on the local area and was confident of a good outcome. Pleasure to deal with and great with follow up. Credit to Taylors team.

Fantastic experience: Really great chat with Ethan, a wealth of knowledge and experience in the market with good hints and tip for selling. Would definitely recommend Ethan.

Fantastic experience: Great valuation, very informative with Ethan Gaulter

Fantastic experience: I have an excellent relationship with Emily Flack in Taylor's Biggleswade, who is always on hand to provide guidance and advice when it is requested and always forthcoming with information regarding my property when required. The experience is totally professional and really requires minimal effort on my part, unlike the experiences I had previously. I wouldn't work with Taylor's if Emily Flack wasn't there. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have to say that from the moment I contacted Taylor’s in Biggleswade re selling our property, Andy was excellent. From coming to value our property, helping with advice and getting our house on the market speedily when we found a property to buy more rapidly than we had anticipated, he was there for me. Fantastic experience: From start to finish Taylors and especially Alanya made this process very easy . They went above and beyond to help us seal our dream home . Thank you to all.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end i have been dealing with Elle and she has been amazing! Helping me every step of the way and getting back to all my enquires immediately. Couldn't praise her enough with all her efforts making my move as smooth as possible.

Fantastic experience: Have recently relocated in the area and Emily and Holly have been wonderful to work with, thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We moved into our rented property two months ago. The whole process from application to moving in was made so easy and manageable by Emily and Holly. They were easy to contact and always responded to my questions. Since moving in we have had no issues with the property but the app seems to make it easy to address possible problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this branch of Taylor’s to find a rental property again.

Fantastic experience: Holly and Emily have been extremely helpful throughout our rental process. From property selection to site visits and finally the paperwork, they have acted professionally and offered advice when necessary. I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: Emily at Taylors has been exceptionally helpful along every step of the way. Very approachable and friendly and always willing to help any way that she can. She is very knowledgeable of the local area and housing stock which made me feel at ease that the houses she was showing me were of a high quality. Would not hesitate to use Emily and Taylors again for any future property moves.

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to the area and required a quick Let after a sudden change in circumstances in my career and have been relocated to the Biggleswade area. I got in touch with Taylors Lettings that were highly recommended to me and was privileged to of been put into contact with Emily Harris the Branch lettings Manager. I enquired on a two bedroom property and I was appointed a viewing the same day! I have now moved in and I can safely say that the exchange was seamless from beginning to end and I cannot thank Taylors lettings enough. Emily is a credit to the company and I will certainly be recommending Taylors and Emily moving forwards.

Fantastic experience: Emily Harris the branch letting manager visited my flat today to give me an assessment of what I could expect to receive in rent for the property and the options and fees involved for Taylor’s to manage the process. She was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable about the local market. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to put their property up for rent in the Biggleswade area.

Positive experience: The letting process was mainly smooth although our first viewing was cancelled as the agent did not have the key to the house. After that all good although whoever did the inventory and review was completely incompetent as they failed to note the fact that there are blown double glazing windows in nearly every room. Glad we are only due to be here over the spring/summer.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience selling my property through Taylors. They quickly found me a buyer however my solicitor was letting me down, not making any progress with the sale. Taylors jumped in and have worked really hard ensuring it went ahead. Special thanks to Pete and Elle for putting the time in!

Fantastic experience: Just Sold STC via Taylors, Peter has been great at getting us a wonderful buyer & has been awesome with all communications. Elle did all of the viewings & she is the best!!! She remembered everything to tell potential buyers, was always early & just super lovely to work with!! Thank you so much to everyone at Taylors x

Positive experience: After having a really terrible experience with our previous letting agents, Taylors have been fantastic during our first 3 months of renting. The FixFlo system is great and any repairs are done fast and to a great standard. We are really grateful for the caring service we receive after such an awful time with our previous agents. Thanks Taylors x

Negative experience: Won't be using Taylors again. Just sold our house through them. They are purely a shop window. Questioned our buyers asking if they were sure they wanted to buy the house. Wouldn't answer voicemail's left for them. Called them to ask where things were progressing with the sale and was told they couldn't get through to the buyers or solicitors. Turns out they had the wrong number for buyer the whole time. Whenever I called it felt like I was arguing with them, rather then having a conversation. Reluctantly had to pay them their commission when I felt that they did absolutely nothing in selling our house. I felt like it was left to me and my partner to sell and make sure the sale progressed.

Fantastic experience: Taylors steered my mums house sale through some tricky times during the covid pandemic. It was a long road however Taylors were always at hand to answer questions, come up with solutions and always offered a friendly ear when needed. On the day of the move Vicky was on hand, keeping us updated with the progress and stayed around until everything was done and dusted. We really have appreciated the hard work that went in from start to finish. Would recommend.

Negative experience: A nightmare to deal with. Wouldn't advise going through them. I will never again.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and professional throughout. Always kept us informed of the process.

Fantastic experience: Was really happy with the speed and efficiency in helping me relocate quickly and for the helpfulness and support. Special thanks to Kellie. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Megan was very good, helpful and efficient - she went over and above!

Fantastic experience: I use Taylors to let a property in Biggleswade and have recently bought my new home through them. In both instances I have found the staff extremely helpful and the service very good. They have never taken more than about 2 weeks to let my property and the process is always very smooth. Likewise, buying my home through them was seamless and very pleasant. I would strongly recommend visiting them if you're looking to buy or let a property.

Fantastic experience: Sold our house within a week thanks to staff at Sandy branch. Professional and helpful bunch of lovely people.

Fantastic experience: We received an outstanding service from Taylors Lettings in Biggleswade. We were very well informed, all our questiones and queries were fully answered. Becky Dickinson is very professional, we feel welcome and very well taking care of. Highly recommended. Sam

Fantastic experience: I had really good experience as a tenant looking for a property. After missing out on my fist choice, Rebecca kept an eye out for something suitable and I was not disappointed. Rebecca was very helpful with every aspect and was able to deal with any questions I had. Thanks very much, I will certainly use Taylors in the future.

Fantastic experience: As new tenants my partner and I were very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the team. From arranging viewings, signing an agreement and assisting with every question we had (No matter how relevant it was to them) once we had moved in, Taylors were on hand every step of the way to explain the process. Response times have been brilliant and Rebecca Wallis has been very accommodating and helpful to us in our first home.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, very friendly team especially Daniel Barham who went the extra mile. They phoned each week with an update on the property and I would recommend them. Sarah Riley

Positive experience: Taylor's sold our property quickly , we had 12 viewings within 3 days of going on right move and multiple offers then followed very quickly after. Even when the first time it failed, the second time they had 10 viewings in three days and 3 offers in a matter of a week. Very impressive. My only caution is not to use conveyancing solicitors recommended by Taylor's as our buyers used them and they were poor in comparison to a local solicitor. Ricky and in particular Daniel however were fantastic throughout.

Fantastic experience: Having had my property on with several agents around the area, the team here truly wowed me with their professional service and friendly nature. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agency.
