Negative experience: Was very friendly when we were about to rent a house but as soon as the contract came to an end…all the friendliness vanished. Also deducted £120 (addition to £200)for paint loss even though we were just couples with no children to scribble. And when asked for the same, they said its because you put your window closed thats why the paint was affected (lame excuse). Am I supposed to keep my window open in December just to die from cold
