Fantastic experience: Amazing estate agents! From our first initial meeting with Tom, we knew we were in safe hands! Bobby was incredible, he showed people round and fed back to us after every viewing. It didn’t take very long to get an offer at all! Fantastic experience: We were recommended Alexander Lawrence a few times over having been trying to sell our property for three years using several different agents. I was dubious, but gave them a call and so glad we did! We was appointed Andrew as our agent and our house was sold within a month. The team guided us through the entire process and Sam was an absolute god send with progressing our sale. There was never a time where we couldn't reach out to her with any questions, and she was an absolute fire ball with getting forms ticked and emails answered if the chain ever went quiet!! Tom’s approach to marketing our house meant we had received and accepted an offer within 3 days of the first viewings. The experience and knowledge of the whole team is second to none. From initial contact with Tom , viewing help from Nick, and after sale help from Sam it was a really easy stress free experience. We had a couple of options on how to market/sell the property. They offered advice and listened to our ideas during this process so we felt at all times we new the next step / plan of action. The speed of response when filling out legal documents when i needed a question answered was exceptional. They would all take responsibility and find the correct answer straight away. They would message after hours in some cases just to reassure us with any details. I only wish we could have bought our new house through them as it was that stress free. There would be only one company I would use in the future if we were to sell our home. Once the offer was accepted they created a WhatsApp group with key personnel and a "case handler" to help us through the buying process all the way to completion. Having this group set up was invaluable for frequent communication. We had some major set backs throughout the process but they remained super helpful with escalations to clients, estate agents and solicitors in the chain. I think they were pivotal in ensuring the chain did not fall through. Tommy and Nick were really helpful and a massive shout out to Sam who helped us get through the whole process. It often felt like Sam went above and beyond for us multiple times. We would definitely go with this estate agent the next time we move!

Positive experience: I recently dealt with Alexander Lawrence Estate Agents during a property purchase that unfortunately fell through. While the agent communicated well and kept me updated, the seller reneged on the agreed price after several weeks, asking for more money. This was incredibly disappointing, as I had already incurred costs based on the agreed offer. While I understand the agent was acting on the seller’s instructions, I feel more could have been done to discourage such behavior, as it undermines trust in the process. Overall, the agent handled the situation professionally, but I’d advise future buyers to be cautious and ensure agreements are honored before committing financially.

Fantastic experience: We used AL to sell our house, and we also ended up buying our new home through them too. Tom’s pricing was spot on, and the their sale tactic meant there was minimal fuss and disruption. All the viewings were on Saturday and the house was sold by Tuesday. None of the usual last minute requests for viewings. Big thanks to Nick and Sam too. They handled all the queries and questions, and to be fair, I think a lot more went on in the background than we actually knew about, which is an additional credit to the service provided. Fantastic experience: When my offer to purchase the property I am now living in, and my offer was accepted I was put in a Whatsapp group with Nick Lawrence and one his staff Sam Dennis. She then kept me advised on .the progress of the sale on a regular basis. In particular on Completion day there were problems at the beginning of the chain, which delayed the final completion and transfer of money between solicitors . It was Sam who advised us that Completion had taken place before either my own Agent or my Solicitors. I would recommend anyone seeking to buy or sell a property to use these Agents.
