Negative experience: Poor service from Steve at this estate agents. Never calls you back or answers the phone. Always leave a message and he will call back but this never happens. I guess there not interested in selling their houses they advertise or gaining instructions. A very very disappointed customer. 10.7.22 interesting that after I put this review they instantly got 2x 5 star reviews from people with low review scores. . Have texted Steve again over a week ago and again no reply from him absolutely shocking. Have finally got round to attaching image of conversation to show no reply at all...

Fantastic experience: Impressive from start to finish. First contact was with Barry who filled me with confidence that we would achieve our sale. Elliot produced the best photographs and video for the marketing. Especially impressive was that he returned not once but twice to refresh the pictures after we had made some modest upgrades. David and Chris were excellent, hosting viewings with utmost professionalism, grace and humour. And just when the exchange and completion looked to be running into a tricky situation Felicity stepped in to ensure everything went to plan. Simply a miracle worker! I was given lots of information and kept up to date throughout the relatively short process and my house had a let agreed in less than a week of it going to the market. Danniella took down all my initial details and sent out all the information I required which was all very clear. Abbie gave me lots of useful tips to get the house ready for photos as well as answer many questions I had on the process. Sophie was brilliant doing all the viewings with great attention to detail and going through the different offers I received too. From the set up to moving in and to the very swift way that they have fixed any of my problems as they have come up (including replacing the boiler, the bathroom and a lean to roof!), they have been brilliant.
