From the minute we met David, and saw the property for the first time, we felt so at ease and were given answers to questions we didn’t even know to be asking. Fantastic experience: We initially viewed properties with Kingsman Estate Agents and really liked David's no pressure approach. So when it came to selling our house, we opted for Kingsman as we knew we'd get clear, honest communication from David and expertise in the Warwick housing market. Once our property was listed, David kept us up to date with interest and viewings and produced marketing reports for us to really understand what was going on with the sales process. When we received an offer, there was no pressure for us to accept it, where other estate agents may have just been thinking about closing the sale. Once we accepted an offer it was over to Amelia who did an amazing job progressing the sale. It turned out to be quite a complex chain with a lot of stop/start in the process, but Amelia steered us through it, keeping us informed along the way and doing a lot of legwork that really should have been handled by the other estate agents or conveyancers in the chain. We can't fault the service we received from Kingsman Estate Agents, and we would happily buy or sell a property through them in the future.

Negative experience: Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

We felt from the first contact it was going to be a more personal approach and this made the stress of selling and moving feel alot more manageable with their experience and guidance. Negative experience: I’d originally only left a one star rating here and wasn’t going to air my grievances in public. Though, since I’ve now been accused of being a ‘troll’ by the business owner I don’t have any more reservations. Dealing with Tom at Kingsman was stressful and confusing at times. With all my experience of buying and selling I still can’t quite understand the way in which he operates. After entering into renegotiations I never understood why Tom would re-advertise the house we’re buying without telling us. After Tom then received other rival offers on the house, I don’t understand why he would disclose someone else’s offer to us; egging us on to try and beat it. After we trumped the rival offer by thousands, I wouldn’t expect to be told to jog on. I do wonder what, if anything, he has advised his client for them to reject this free money. We’ve had a few messages from Tom updating us on some work the vendor is doing to the house, all followed by a ‘but you’re not buying it anyway.’ Why even bother? Now we’re a couple thousand pounds down because this vendor has been poorly advised, all while the business owner is calling my review ‘fake’. Why not reach out to ask why we’re so annoyed with your staff?

Fantastic experience: We approached a few estate agents when we were looking to sell our first home. David at Kingsman was who we felt most comfortable with due to his balanced, clear and honest demeanour. David calls and shows up when he says he will. Furthermore, there was no sleazy/pressured sales pitch. He talked us through his vast experience and how Kingsman operates. At the end of the consultation, David left us with his research and additional literature to read through. He answered our follow-up questions without losing patience, something that was needed with us as first-time sellers. David was quick to process our sale and get the house on the market within days of the initial appraisal. He arranged viewings to suit our schedules and guided us through the feedback and offers received, even if it was outside of his usual office hours. Once we’d made a decision and agreed to accept an offer, David transitioned us over to dealing with Amelia for the post-offer-accepted process. As is usually the case, this turned out to be more challenging than expected. However, Amelia was always on hand to chase up the laid-back buyers and their uncommunicative solicitors, whilst also keeping us updated on events/next steps. I am certain had it not been for David’s, and Amelia’s, excellent guidance and strong work ethic to stay on the case, we would still be in the throes of the exchange-completion battle with the buyers side still! Fantastic experience: Kingsman Estate Agents were the most professional, efficient and communicative organisation I have ever worked with. David came to value my flat and gave me super realistic commercials and marketed my flat at a reasonable and achievable price. We marketed my flat at the end of March and exchanged/completed at the end of June! A WhatsApp group was created for both my partner and I and we received lengthy updates from David after every viewing. Once I had agreed to the offer I received I was handed over to lovely Amelia who I spoke with each week, she was so easy to get a hold of and always returned my call/s within a short space of time. I was also recommended some solicitor's to help with the process and Arvinder was brilliant. The whole process was so smooth and as this was my first time selling I was guided through the entire process and never felt in the dark or as though I was lacking information. Fantastic experience: The service we received from Kingsman Estate Agents was nothing short of incredible, I could not give them a higher recommendation. David valued our property and was very understanding of our situation at the time and did not push us to go on the market until we were ready. When we then called a few months later saying we had found our dream home, David said he could have us on the market and live online within 48 hours, and he delivered, and he was then able to sell our property with just 2 days of viewings! Having dealt with David, I wouldn't even consider choosing anyone else to sell any property for me in the future. Once we accepted an offer, we were then passed on to Amelia who dealt with all the sales progressing, and she was a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic experience: I can only echo what the previous reviews have said about Kingsman Estate Agents. The house we were buying was being marketed by them, and thank goodness it was. It was a very tricky process and our estate agents were next to useless. David supported us throughout, despite us not being his client, and I don't think it would have happened if it wasn't for him. Fantastic experience: We have not long completed on a house purchase where Kingsman were the selling agent. It feels unusual to write a review given we were not a client per se, however from a buyer's perspective we found David and his team to be really dedicated to making sure the purchase/sale went through as smoothly and with as little stress as possible - for all parties. Particular praise is due to Amelia, who was really proactive in keeping comms flowing up and down the chain, this makes such a difference. If one thing stood out most in our dealings with David, it was a sense of honesty and integrity. He is definitely one of the good guys in an oft-maligned profession!
