Fantastic experience: The service I have received from Vaughn Reynolds has been superb. I have used other well established estate agents in Stratford in the past, who were fine, but Tom and his colleagues at Vaughn Reynolds are head and shoulders above the competition. Communication was excellent. I would receive a text or email updating me on viewings, offers etc. With any urgent matters, Tom would call immediately. When 2 identical offers were received, I was advised on the best way forward, which I agreed and left in the agent’s hands. Within a couple of days a higher than asking price offer was accepted. It took less than 2 months from me appointing them to completion of the sale. They know the local market very well and I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Vaughan Reynolds have been excellent at managing our house sale, which completed in June ‘22. I was initially attracted to them by the quality of their photos, drone shots, and virtual tours which are all very professional and stand apart from other agents. All the staff are very knowledgeable and I was far more confident in their ability to manage our sale than other, more national, agents which I dealt with for both sales and purchases in the past. We had several viewings, all managed by Vaughan Reynolds, with feedback received quickly after each one until we accepted an offer for the full asking price. Vaughan Reynolds (particularly Abbie) were very proactive in managing the various members of our chain at all stages of the sale, ensuring all were kept up to date and managing tensions, of which there were many. With 5 houses in our chain it wasn’t easy to coordinate, but Vaughan Reynolds managed us through it all, often having a far better grasp of the situation than the various solicitors! Fantastic experience: I was a buying customer, not a client. I found Abbie at Stratford to be very competent, professional and patient during a trying transaction. Together with my own agent, they raised my view of the estate agent role. Beyond the initial sale itself there is a lot of intermediation and liaison to do, up to completion of the process. In our case that included empathy when the sale fell through temporarily, and she was smiling at the door on completion (admittedly partly in relief on her own part, no doubt!). These days the agent has to do more communication, since buyer and vendor tend not to meet each other. Abbie did this responsively and responsibly. It was hard to fault her contribution.

Fantastic experience: We had been searching for our new home for almost a year, and viewed numerous properties. The difference between some agents and others was huge and basically the small independent agents were much more helpful, engaging and can-do. This was our first dealing with Vaughan Reynolds as the property was almost outside the area we were looking in, but they made the process simple. The online video and images were really good and well made, without the annoying tendency we encountered elsewhere of flattering shots that misled. Although we really liked the property from the off it was a lot of money, so we needed to go back and review to be really sure. They were helpful in every way and liased effectively with the current owners, who were not local residents, to get the deal done quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process they were always at hand by phone and quick to respond to queries - even though we had already agreed the purchase. We are happy to recommend them. We've not ticked "good value" as we weren't paying them!

I haven't ticked 'Good value' simply because I feel that they were slightly on the expensive side, however, you get what you pay for and we cannot complain about the service! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Right from the positive and professional dealings with Matt Reynolds at the outset to completion, I found Vaughan Reynolds easy and reliable to deal with. My main contact, once we got going, was with Abbie Pinchbeck, who - despite the pandemic complications - managed the dealings with potential buyers, juggling offers and working to get the best deal with great friendliness and courtesy. We had a few very nerve-racking hitches in the run up to completion, but she remained very steady at the helm and brought us safely into port. I would certainly use them again.

A responsive team, Matt was open to discussion over the guide price, and provided excellent marketing details, photography and video flythrough to set the property aside from competition. A proactive marketing approach from Abbie ahead of launching meant viewings were lined up the day of listing and a sale was agreed within the first 5 days. As the sale involved a chain, it was invaluable to have an agent working with the legal team and other agents in the chain to ensure the sale went through and included picking up on a number of unknown matters arising. Superb communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We have recently sold our house in Bearley, Stratford upon Avon, and Vaughn Reynolds were just incredible throughout. Matt, Abbie and Tom were the dream sales team, we sold our house very quickly and for well above the asking price. During the sales process they supported us and Ginny acted almost as a buy-side advisor as is the norm in the US, but not normally in the Uk. The chain for our purchase ended up being very complex with lots of hurdles and I honestly don’t think it would have happened without Ginny! Thank you so much to all of the VR team, we have bought and sold many houses before and never have I had an experience anything like this one with an estate agent. Fantastic experience: I was a tenant with John Shepherd as letting agent for about 2 years. They were always courteous and efficient, responding promptly to queries. They ensured that maintenance work, which had not been dealt with by the previous letting agents, was carried out with a minimum of delay or disruption. As a result, I live in a property which is much more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I just completed on my sale with JSV, and couldn't be more happy to make a recommendation. Starting with Matt, who turned up for our initial meeting. I like to think I have a decent BS-detector and it stayed silent throughout. Top guy, knows his stuff, not at all "salesy" - just informative and helpful. Zero pressure, and left me with complete confidence that JSV were the ones to use. For most of the process I worked with Abbie, who was flawless in her approach. A1 customer service: pleasant, patient (endlessly so), helpful, and clearly cares about what she does. Our chain was a little complicated at times but Abbie and the team (special mention to Ginny too!) took a significant amount of the pressure and stress away, whilst reassuring me regularly along with appropriate updates. Oh, and we sold pretty quickly which, given the current state of the market, is quite an achievement. Next time I come to sell, I'll give them a call. Thank you again.
