Fantastic experience: Fraser and Wheeler were excellent in helping us to sell our house in St Thomas. We were on the market at a slow time, but they offered us good advice and managed to keep the viewings coming, and were also excellent at handling the sale after we accepted an offer. We liked Chris's honesty and realism, and Amy was superb at looking after the sale, always on top of things and very reassuring. Fraser and Wheeler sell houses!

After meeting various estate agents for valuations these guys were by far the best and most personable, Chris came out to see the property and he was really friendly and seemed to know his stuff! The viewings were handled professionally and I was kept up to date regularly by phone. This was especially helpful for me as I wasn’t living in the property at the time. They were honest about what they thought we should do re price and didn’t push me into dropping the price. Not being initially ready to move, F & W were great at managing our buyer's expectations until we had found our onward purchase. When our property chain ran into the usual solicitor delays and then our buyer's receiving some odd (and inaccurate) last minute advice from their conveyancer at Tozers, Rachel and Chris were instrumental in keeping the chain alive. We very nearly pulled out of the transaction due to the actions of our buyer but Rachel and Chris helped me maintain perspective and also went above and beyond keeping lines of communication between the chain open. Fantastic experience: Fraser & Wheeler have recently sold a high end property for us. There are many Estate Agents in Exeter, I initially asked 3 agents to appraise our property in Alphington for sale, of which Chris at Fraser Wheeler was one. From the very initial meeting I knew Chris was the agent to sell this property, he is a rare find in the estate agency world, he respected the fact it was a probate property of a dearly loved relation and didn't use the high pressure tactics of the other agents to gain our business. His initial appraisal was fair and his commission rate very competitive, but that shouldn't be the only reason you may choose Fraser Wheeler- you should choose them because they are committed to doing the very best they can to achieve the best price, with the least hassle to you in this strange market at the moment. He is honest, unflappable, calm and reassuring. There is no pressure only calm, solid advice given with the underpinned years of experience he has. Its been a tricky market of late, and he achieved the best he possibly could of for us, managing things in the background to alleviate as much pressure from us at all times. Fantastic experience: We recently completed a house move with Fraser and Wheeler in St Thomas, Exeter, and would highly recommend their services. All the staff we dealt with were great but it was mainly Sam Jarman who guided us through the purchase and he was professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all our queries. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we are really happy in our new home.

Positive experience: Initially I found the service provided to be very good, however, after our property was sold the service went downhill, The agent dealing with our sale left the business to work elsewhere, he only advised us on the day he left! This was followed by a complete lack of regular updates from the agent who took over our file - she only works 3 days a week and there were at least 3 occasions where promised updates were not actioned/followed up. Maybe we were unfortunate but our overall impression was not as good as others have clearly experienced.
