Fantastic experience: Spoke to a chap named Sam Hawkey, Fantastic service from start to finish, polite, well informed and an all round pleasant experience from Sam and Haart Estate Agents.

Negative experience: Don’t use their Law service— Spicketts Battrick or Spicerhaart, they will over charged you , much more than initially quoted. They are also slow and incompetent. Made my initial mortgage offer expired! Never use them! The solicitor dealt with is called Karen Moses and Ryan Greenhough , assistant called Michelle Bebb.

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent experience with Haart's in Exeter. First off Charlotte showed us around a property and dealt with all of our questions - she was kind, polite and informative. We then went through the process of making an offer, including a bidding war, which was handled chiefly by Sam who we believed was an excellent advocate, he communicated our wishes clearly to the vendor and we very satisfied with the process. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to unforseen circumstances of the vendor, but the whole haart's team kept us up to date and communicated excellently, which is all you can really ask for! Would definitely work with them again.
