Fantastic experience: Having previuosly lived in 6 countries, I had my ideas of how things play out when looking for a home coming from abroad. Agents and landlords who don't want to adapt to different variables for tenants just arriving in the country is my biggest pet peeve! But there's hope in the world The team at Robert Williams in Exeter, specifically Eduard, are the most responsive housing people I have met, and I don't say this lightly. From setting up whatsapp so we could chat promptly, keeping me posted with reference statuses in case I needed to remind anyone, accepting payment from a non-UK bank due to unavoidable circumstances, and a physical check and walk through to ensure everything is working well at my lovely apartment. They listen, they really do. And this was the most important thing for me. Thank you!

All the staff members that we interacted with were really lovely and helpful, but we were largely looked after by Suzanne Collins, who was amazing. She effectively held our hand from start finish, walking us through the process, offering advise and expertise, with no pushiness. Damon really put our mind at rest when we put the property on the market with them, as we had previously had our house on the market with another Estate Agent, with whom we had quite a bad experience. He kept us updated all the way through, even when the market was quite slow and updated us very quickly on feedback of any viewings we had. Once an offer had been made, Suzanne kept us updated all the way through the process, which at times was very stressful, but with their support the whole process came to a satisfactory conclusion. Fantastic experience: I whole heartedly recommend Robert Williams. We initially contacted them for a valuation for our flat and also a quote if we were to let instead. Due to our jobs we were up in the air for a good 2.5years and amazingly Suzanne at RW didn’t lose her patience with me and was always so kind and helpful if I had any questions and so when we were looking to rent out a different flat she was the only person I went to. It doesn’t feel like an estate/letting agency. I have had horrendous experiences in the past and so am quite wary when most estate agents open their mouths. RW have always proved themselves to be genuinely helpful and genuinely nice and caring. I cannot recommend them enough. We have just rented out our first property and Zara has made the whole process stress free.
