Fantastic experience: A big "thank you" to Kate King who has been an absolute star throughout the time it took to sell our flat which exchanged today. The flat had "issues" and Kate's calmness and willingness to go the extra mile when things became tough was reassuring. Sales progression isn't just about getting a sale to completion quickly, it is about ensuring that the road to completion is a smooth as possible. It requires empathy with all parties and the ability to negotiate when things get tough. Kate ticked all the boxes. Roger, I nominate Kate for "Employee of the Year" in perpetuity.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience with Wilkinson grant. We didn't get the service we were sold. Little communication from them unless we got in touch first. Some viewers they sent were a total waste of time - not interested in a property like ours at all. More expensive than others in the area, would avoid.

Fantastic experience: I am on my second tenancy renting with Wilkinson & Co and the team has always been great, both before the start of the tenancy and in dealing with property maintenance, questions and issues. They have always taken action very quickly when issues arose. Among others, my boiler stopped working on a Sat morning in December and by the afternoon I had a technician in my house who was able to fix the issue. Many thanks to the team and especially to Leah, Sonya and Hannah.

Regrettably, there were substantial delays (to no fault of Kate or Wilkinson Grant) with my purchase, and Kate took it upon herself to get this over the line. Certainly going above and beyond, communicating with governing bodies and solicitors within minutes sometimes of me emailing. I can't recommend this estate agents more, and Kate in person. A whole hearted massive thank you for her and the company's investment of time within ultimately was a relatively low ticket item with respect to the housing market. Fantastic experience: A very good experience which started with James. It was the first time that we had moved in 46 years so we had forgotten about the time it takes between buying and selling. We will certainly use WG when we move again in 46 years time. All the staff and management were very helpful and good to deal with. One little observation, communication was sometimes frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Being a home owner for 35 years in the same London home and then relocating and entering the rental market was an incredibly stressful and emotional time. I soon learnt that the personal, human touch in the rental market was rare. I have worked in the sales and customer services sectors all of my life and hated this modern day attitude. Wilkinson Grant's wonderful Exeter team restored my faith in estate agents. They worked as a team and always answered the phone. They, with the help of my local daughter (I was in London) found me a perfect home and ALL of them helped me get through the complex (well- to me it was complex) rental and referencing processes. Sonja, Hannah, Victoria in particular helped me get safely and happily to the end. Excellent AFTER SALES - this is the proof of an excellent company. Wilkinson Grant have it right. I had a few concerns once I moved in and the relevant professionals were organised immediately and attended in the same week to sort these out. Sonja and the maintenance team were great. They have a myriad of efficient online ways to manage such issues but for me that was overwhelming and once again talking/emailing the team was my preferred way of interacting. They never made me feel I was doing anything wrong in calling. All in all I cannot recommend the Exeter Lettings Team more highly.

Fantastic experience: We sold our home and had a fantastic service from Wilkinson Grant. The whole chain was protracted and stressful but we always felt in good hands. Every other agent undervalued our property, perhaps it was a niche proposition but Gemma Neale knows her stuff! Gemma was amazing start to finish, I’m sure we would have lost our buyer without her, and Kate King was attentive to us and our buyer throughout the hurdles. Always on hand to chase idle conveyancers or respond to dopey questions. The other agents in the chain provided what I suppose was adequate service (at best), which really put into context how much effort Wilkinson Grant put in. I highly recommend using this firm. Fantastic experience: Hubble and I recently viewed a property on the market with Wilkinson Grant &Co. Gemma Neale showed us around the property in a no rush, easy manner. She was very welcoming on our arrival, answered any questions we had and was most easy going but professional. A ‘stuffy and officious’ manner turns me away instantly, Gemma was neither, she gave us the time to view at our pace and to return to rooms we wished to view a second time. She followed up with an ‘in the loop’ email which kept us abreast of the situation with the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma and Wilkinson Grant if you want professional but friendly service.
