Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review about our personal experience letting through Frosts Estate Agents alongside their lovely agent, Emily. Emily was wonderful from start to finish of our flat hunt. She consistently sent relevant properties, help set up viewings and stayed very much in touch with us the whole time to see how things were going! She took notes of our requirements and what exactly it was we were looking for so we'd be able to get the home we wanted, in the area we wanted it in. I can't say enough about how helpful she was through the referencing process and by finding out smaller details like what broadband would be available, if some forms of ID weren't available at the time what are the alternatives & double checking for us that everything did in fact go okay so we could get through to the next steps. She has a lovely personality and made our first experience of letting through an agency such a seamless one. I'm glad we had such great support from Frosts during what would otherwise be a slightly stressful time - couldn't be happier with where we've ended up and the support we're continuing to receive from her and the agency at large. Fantastic experience: As a long term landlord I have received an excellent service from Frosts who have always responded in a professional and timely manner to my requests. I have had particularly good service from Luisa and Samantha in the property management team. Repairs are carried out promptly and they also respond quickly to any requests by my tenants.

Positive experience: Frosts sold our house at a great price and quickly which we were really pleased with. The customer service could have been better and we provided the feedback to them, we have a Ring doorbell and agents didn’t know simple information about the house (like how many parking spaces it has) and information about our extension which was information we provided several times. They also did something to irritate our Buyers and our Buyers refused to communicate through them, and went through their solicitor which made the process more complex. Anyway, got the job done which was positive just think the service could have been better.

Fantastic experience: I recommend and speak very fondly on Frosts whenever someone is looking for and estate agents. Whether youre in need of property management or sales, we've used Frosts for all their services. We first started using Frosts over 10 years ago. First used them when we moved from London with our new family and found a great place to rent through them. A couple of years later, we used Frost's to purchase our first family home. 1 year after that, we moved abroad and they've been our property managers for the last 8yrs and the service they provide has been amazing. Our last 18 months as landlords has been tricky with several issues/jobs needing attention in our house. Our property manager, Ben Harley, has been an absolute godsend. He's on the ball with resolving issues and as we've worked so closely together in that time, he knows how I prefer to approach any challenges and has the answer or questions asked by the time he reports anything back to me. For an overseas landlord, this is more than I could wish for. As long as Frosts continues to have staff like Ben, I will 100% continue using them as my managing agents.

Negative experience: Do not use this estate agent. 2 confirmations from 2 different people for the same viewing (Holly and Ben)! Sent a message I'd be 10 minutes left as I had to defrost my car and Ben said it was fine. Then changed Tom called me and said Ellie who was doing the viewing had evening plans! How many individuals am I dealing with here?? Unbelieve they couldn't wait 10minuts for a potential sale on a house... do not sell your house with them

Fantastic experience: **** UPDATE NOV 2024 **** 18 months later, I can honestly say it's been a dream working with Frosts, and I am truly grateful to have Sheetal as my property manager! Sheetal's taken care of everything from day one, and I really haven't had to worry about anything as an overseas landlord. When issues have arisen, she's addressed it in a swift and transparent manner. She's been great at not only managing my tenants, but also me as a landlord. She's very calm and professional and I feel reassured that I have Sheetal as my property manager! She even sends me pictures of St. Albans when I start to miss the UK! Nothing but 5-star service from the team at Frost's! **** JUNE 2023 **** Having bought my house with Frost's back in 2018, I decided to use them again, although this time to rent it out. The service I've received as a prospective landlord has been fantastic and Rose has gone above and beyond all expectations. I've been a landlord before and had a mediocre experience with my last agent so was a bit sceptical going through the process again. Rose has really helped in putting my mind at ease with daily communications and updates on prospective viewings, prompt feedback after they have been completed, direct management of any queries/requests from prospective tenants without me getting involved, and most importantly knowing what kind of tenant I was looking for. The rental market in St. Albans is in a bubble of its own and I found it difficult to navigate the "higher than UK average" prices and what was fair value for my property. Rose has been brilliant in this aspect - not only has she found a lovely family to move in but she clearly knew what the fair rental value for my property was and did everything to ensure it could be achieved. She was also conscious of minimising the amount of time the property was empty and found a tenant to move in on the same day I move out. It's refreshing to receive such outstanding service and would highly recommend Frost's for any prospective landlords. Thank you Rose!

Fantastic experience: The team at Frost's St Albans set a new bar. Their professionalism and extra effort really stands out from the rest and we couldn't recommend them more. A special thanks to Harry, who helped us find our home, accommodating all of our little requests and numerous viewings and questions. He has gone above and beyond to think of the small things before we did, and nothing is too much. We also want to thank Rose, as since our re-locating to St Albans the year prior, Rose kept in touch with us and our long tick list of what we were looking for in a competitive market, even without us having to always reach out as is norm elsewhere. Fantastic experience: Harry has been extremely helpful and attentive in helping me secure my new rental. Viewings were fully booked but once I explained my desperation to view the property Harry managed to squeeze me in. Fantastic experience: Honestly, the best experience I have had as a tenant looking for a place to move. Frost's have been very professional and Emily in particular who dealt with our house viewings deserves full credit and 5 stars without a doubt! I was stressed out as my current landlord was selling his house and had served us a notice to vacate. One of the houses Emily helped us view was taken by someone making the booking deposit on the same day we viewed! However Emily made sure she found another suitable property with a perfect date for us to move into. Property happens to be on the same street as where we live!
