Positive experience: Overall my experience with Leaders was very good, I’d like to mention Sue Carter in particular who helped navigate a very protracted and drawn out purchase. She continually chased solicitors on both sides and kept me up to date via email and phone, she was always professional and friendly, not matter how frustrating and stressful the process became! In fact it was Sue who was able to eventually push through completion. A big thank you. Following completion, I emailed to see if the agents had any information regarding electricity meters and unfortunately I was ignored, I did not receive a response to my email. The sold sign has still not been removed from outside my property and we are more than 8 weeks post completion. For these reasons I have given 4 stars rather than 5.

After a painful experience with the purchase of our first house we were anxious to move. Claire, Sue and Damon made the whole process as stress free as possible. Fantastic experience: We were first introduced to Leaders and Claire when they sold my mom’s house after she had struggled with other estate agents. They sold the house within no time and my mom was very happy with the service so when it came to sell ours we went straight to Claire. Fantastic experience: Simply put.. Leaders is Incredible! As a tenant there's always the uncertainty of a reliable agency- but not with Leaders. They've been nothing short but Incredible, especially with Mahema. She's been such a lovely and reliable property manager and any queries I've ever had in the past was met with a delightful response and extraordinary help. Fantastic experience: This is a bit of a strange review to write as i didn’t actually sell my house with leaders but Mark came out to value my house (along with 7 others!). He came in 10k below the others which lead me to choose another estate agent with a higher asking price - after sitting on the market for about 6 weeks I dropped the price to Marks valuation and my house sold within a week and had more viewings than the 6 weeks it had sat there. He obviously had a good knowledge of the area and hit the valuation on the head.

Fantastic experience: We have had a great letting experience with Leaders, far better than we have experienced elsewhere. Our contact Natalie Mitchell in particular has gone above and beyond, being extremely helpful, particularly when we had a serious incident involving a van which damaged the front of the house. Not only did she help in a practical way, but also in a very supportive way given the distressing effects of the crash. They are very clear, easy to contact and customer focused.
