Negative experience: Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification. The complaints department then made a series of derisory compensation offers putting their own interests before their customers. Completely unprofessional, always act like they’re doing you a favour, despite the fact you pay them for services they fail to fulfil. Use the lettings services if you are content that the Terms of Business you sign will be lost and misrepresented at every opportunity so they don’t have to do their job. Terrible. The reviews here are very suspicious when compared with Trustpilot………..

Negative experience: Vijay and team messed everything, the seller was happy and I agreed to all terms and conditions. But Dixons delayed so much that upset the owner and she didn't wanted to deal with Dixon anymore. Again they showed me another house and then delayed further processing for 2 months. It's so frustrating that they are so incapable to do their only job properly even after checking with them every week and sending emails.

Negative experience: They manage our rented property in Birmingham. Absolutely awful company. They never look into or resolve issues, never respond to communication. Even was left once with a broken toilet and no response, so repaired myself.. It got so bad our landlord had to hire another estate agents to get them back on track, as they didn't respond to him either. Unsure what they're like to buy a house from, but do not rent from this company if you want a reliable estate agents managing your property.

Fantastic experience: I had a vacant property sitting on the market with another agent for weeks, I reached out to Dixons and spoke with the manager Raza who was brilliant! He came out to my property same day, got it on the market with much better photographs, actually took the effort to take and setup a video walkthrough, his colleague Sufyan managed to book in viewings within 24 hours, called me with an update and had a let agreed the property the day after! The tenants passed referencing same day and all was tied up and moved in within 3 days of being on the market with Dixons. I couldn't believe it! Not to mention, the tenants are fantastic from my dealings with them and have always paid rent on time - couldn't have found better tenants myself. I had missed out on over £2000 worth of rent with the property just sat empty with the other agent - If only I had switched over sooner! Tenants have been amazing and the support from Gina at property management thereafter has been nothing short of incredible. I am now in the process of switching over the rest of my portfolio to Dixons - Thank you Raza and the entire team at Dixons for a service truly worth every penny!

Dixon Erdington's absence from the actual site demonstrates a concerning level of negligence and disregard for both the property and my interests as a landlord. Negative experience: Incompetent people working here, can't get anything done, been complaining about a fridge issue and they reply with one response via email per day, food all spoilt and off, still no help from these unbothered people. From day one have been having issues they don't want to resolve. But when they want something from you quick to call you and demand things right away.

Positive experience: Overall, Dixons have been great. Admittedly, they took on my house when there was a bit of a downturn in the market and I lost a little faith at the time, but as they know their area like the back of their hands, they worked the phones and got me some very good viewings, which ultimately led to a final sale. Very happy that I felt comfortable with manager Sarah when she came to see me; and her outstanding staff have kept the ball rolling on my sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Gurdeep the mortage advisor & the solicitor we were given was top class, could not fault Hannah with weekly updates on how the purchase was moving along. Negative experience: If I could give no stars on this branch I would. Spoke to Charlotte and asked her nicely to arrange access to rented property. She was so rude and unassertive on the phone it made me sick to the the stomach. What amazes me she is also an assistant manager. I politely asked to speak to the manager of the branch and she would simply decline transferring me to manager. Horrible customer service and horrible property management. It also applies for sale of property. AVOID this agent at any cost.
