Fantastic experience: I spent the academic year in a flat rented by this agency. They were very kind and supportive from the very beginning. I had some problems finishing to sort out my UK bank account but they didn't pressure me to pay my deposit and I could go to the flat in the meantime, while I fixed it. When I went back home, I shipped my luggage instead of carrying it with me, but the shipping company returned it to my old flat in Dundee, where I no longer lived. Alex Finichiu, an agent from the company went to the flat to pick it up personally and he kept it with him until I found a way to ship it back home. He has come to the flat before as well, to check everything was alright during the tenancy. Very attentive and good professional who went out of his way to help me and ensure my luggage got shipped back to my country!

I have been lied to over and over to cover up for no management. This company looks after their contractors and themselves, query that and you will be faced with a barage of lies to cover more lies. Please AVOID. Go to a professional company who will look after your property.

Fantastic experience: Sutherland Management have set such high standards for my expectations for letting agencies. I rented a very lovely flat with them for over a year. They were very responsive to any issues raised and also quick to send contractors etc. I typically received replies within 24hrs to help solve any problems we had. I mostly interacted with Allen and Alex both of whom always maintained polite and professional manners. I felt very secure in my tenancy and was genuinely sad to have to go. I rented during the peak of the COVID pandemic and lockdown which complicated many tenant's finances and they assured us that no evictions would take place with Sutherland over rent arrears, their great customer service was always consistent. My experiences with other letting agencies as a student have been very poor in comparison. I highly recommend Sutherland Management, it has been an absolute pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Having just completed a tenancy with Sutherland Management I can honestly say they are the best letting agency I have dealt with. I wish I could have had them as the letting agency in my new property! At all time Allen and his team have been friendly and professional at all times. Any property inspections were carried out with plenty of notice and in a courteous manner to the tenant. Any repairs were dealt with quickly and when tradesmen were taking a while to visit, Allen would always chase them up which is a great show of really caring about the tenant experience. Fantastic experience: My flatmate and I have been with Sutherland Management for the past 2.5 years and they have by far been the best letting agency we have rented from. They are very professional, friendly and understanding. Quick to respond and as vigilant carrying out any necessary repairs as they can be. There was one incident that we had with a recurring boiler failure and delays with the full issue being resolved; this wasn't at the fault of Sutherland, but a very stubborn landlord - nevertheless, Sutherland remained in contact throughout it all and in the end managed to get us a wonderful heating system. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Sutherland as the first choice to anybody looking to rent property.

Fantastic experience: I lived in a property managed by Sutherland for two years whilst studying at university. They were highly professional and were quick to deal with issues and queries regarding the house, HMO license and tenancy. We met a large number of their dedicated team and their registered tradesmen all of whom shared a high work ethic and dedication to the company. There wasn't a single issue in the house that Allen and his team couldn't sort out in a professional and relaxed manner and I would happily rent either a house, flat or HMO property off of them again. The house itself was value for money, clean and highly equipped as most of their properties are according to friends who also rent from this company, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this house and was very impressed with the level of service from the initial application until my move out date and everything in between.
