I became a client around September last year with two properties, Marie made the process extremely easy having had no previous experience renting out properties she sorted all the documents and all the checks and certificates needed to get renting. Everything was done extremely fast and they had quality tenants in within a couple of weeks. Marie is very responsive and had any issues fixed within a couple of days of them arising. From my experience I could not speak highly enough of Premier Property Management an exceptional letting agent.

Fantastic experience: We have used Premier Property Management for many years to rent out a flat. They have been prompt and efficient in finding tenants, and vetting and selecting them. Communication has been excellent, and the online portal they have makes finding documents straightforward. We have dealt with a number of agents over the years, currently Rebecca, who is excellent, extremely efficient and prompt in her replies to any questions. We have no experience of other letting companies to compare with, however we have not been disappointed with our choice of PPM.

An example of this would be when my washing machine broke, a new washing machine was promptly delivered within a couple of days. The staff are approachable through email and always lovely in person when conducting property inspections.

Negative experience: Applied for a property and carried out all the relevant checks. Still waiting over 1 month later for some sort of acceptance, wow. Ultimately had to retract my application. Also in the meantime have missed out on other property. Viewed another propert, 2 days, done, moving in, Take Note! No way to treat potential tenants. Very very unprofessional work ethics by Elisha.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Premier after terrible experiences with our letting agent in Dundee of many years. We should have moved sooner! As non-resident but engaged landlords we find Premier's values (transparency, work ethic, caring about the long term) fit ours, and their reaction and turnaround times are remarkable. They have short communication lines to key contractors, with whom we also can liaise as desired.
