Negative experience: Just viewed a rental property with this agent and was appauled to find the kitchen/dining wall alive with mold (black) covereding an area of over 1m. Agent said it was "historical and would be treated". Properties have legal standards for habitation, do better!

Fantastic experience: As far as I know my property is sold and it has been a smooth process with Your Move Dundee. I had a non traditional build property to sell which limited my options as Ian let me know so I didn't pursue the sealed bid option due to a cash buyer coming forward . I can't comment much on viewings as these ended pretty quickly but these were organised quickly and clearly. The marketing spread was good with near perfect pictures and excellent 3d options. Negative experience: Please do not rent houses from Your Move as they always stand with landlord’s side specially in issues regarding your deposit. Currently I am having the same issue and they are rejecting to answer my calls while giving contact details to landlord to get quotations to make deductions from the deposit. In my case landlord is making frivolous accusations regarding the cleanliness of the washroom and try to deduct £175 from the deposit.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were looking for a rental property close to my parents in Broughty ferry. Having went on several viewings one day( all of which we found the agents very robotic ) we had one last viewing with Your Move and Eve Dewar and it didn't disappoint. Trying to engineer our move from Ireland to Scotland was a real challenge given the shortage of rental properties. On countless occasions, we were told that there were 40/50 applications for each property. We had slight reservations about using an agent in Dundee for a property in Perth but we need not have worried. Carol and Paul were helpful, professional and excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage of the process.
