First of all Angie came and gave me a valuation of my property and let me know the procedure step by step also giving me time to think things over, she was so easy going I think i gave her my life story. From the first contact I have been I very happy with how quickly things got moving, no waiting days for replies to phone calls and emails, everything has been done so efficiently and promptly. Having bought and sold houses in the past I have found things can drag on for days, waiting for answers, waiting for things to get moving, but The Chamber Practice have been a refreshing change and an example as to how things should be. Ben McLaren was my solicitor, he’s still to complete his training but I’m sure that won’t be a problem and that he will go far in his career as I found Ben very reliable, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Ben obviously enjoys his job and cares for his clients.

Negative experience: Asked about immigration , paid tbe £180 fee only to get a person on a video screen who we couldn't understand what they were saying and only received the same info as anyone can find on tbe internet , we thankfully later found an excellent immigration lawyer who wasnt on a video screen and had much greater knowledge and experience with degrees, a very loor experience at the Chambers I must say ,never would use them again

Positive experience: Good conveyancing, poor customer service. My conveyancer was a pleasure to deal with, she made my home purchase easy for me. These solicitors do not offer printed copies of documents from conveyancing which was disappointing. As for customer service it was abysmal. The one time I came in person to sign documents I was treated in contempt by the receptionist. Abysmal way to treat someone paying so much for a service. Therefore 3/5 stars is fair and I would go elsewhere if you want better in person treatment.
