Negative experience: Professional box ticking gaslighters and shirkers. Paying a service charge on par with my council tax now per month, pray commonhold is one day forced conversion to get these lot out of a job. No concern for wellbeing of residents. Installing fire safety measures in buildings not designed for it and refuse to mitigate the noise pollution caused by the implementation of self closers. Products exist, no excuse. Will write to Adam Dance around the failure of the legislation and my experience with this management company.

Of special mention, we have noticed how Beth has stepped up to the mark and really grown in experience, professionalism & expertise, not just in arranging things to be done, but having to hand the required supporting documents when things go wrong outside of her control, and in the recent case meant we got everything we asked for done, despite a mix up by the contractor, saving a 2nd visit and not unsubstantial additional charge for specialist equipment hire. Fantastic experience: We appointed Alpha housing to manage our development last year. Previous to this we had been managed by a large national company and a small independent firm. Both of these had their faults. I can only complement Alpha in everything they have done . They have saved us money , been available 24/7 for any problems and nothing big or small has been too much trouble. I cannot complement them too highly and recommend their services without reservation to all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Professional Service The block of Flats, where I live in Taunton, became under the Property Managementship of Alpha Housing Services in August 2024. After struggling for years with another Taunton Property Manager on Station Road. And the difference is like night and day, outstanding maintenance and fire safety issues, from the previous Property Management, have been understood and resolved swiftly, effectively , economically and thoroughly. The resident’s,tenants and leaseholders no longer feel ignored or lied to. Alpha Housing Services have fulfilled on all its promises, services it has provided and more and importantly has rebuilt trust with everyone involved with the block of flats. Fantastic experience: Alpha look after the outside area of our block of flats. Since they took over the management of this, whenever there is an issue I always get a reply to my e-mails within the hour ,usually within 30 mins ! Emmalene was always as helpful as she could be & now Joanna is just the same . Regardless of the issue I feel happy that I can contact them . We rent our flat but it's our home. Some people don't realise that.

Negative experience: The bins haven't been cleaned for the two years I been here what a disgrace. I've tried to contact them tirelessly and get it cleaned out but they clearly don't want to know.

Fantastic experience: Alpha have proven to be very helpful upon needing help in relation to both setting up my portal, as well as ongoing support.

Negative experience: Alpha's management of our estate has deteriorated over the last two years. Complaints are ignored and the faults blamed on contractors. Alpha take no responsibility themselves for the proper management of the maintenance contracts.

Negative experience: They are pretty useless to be honest. They will leave graffiti on your building. This is Highland court Yeovil. They are not fit for purpose.

There were many issues which needed addressing and this was done quickly and efficiently keeping me in the loop as work took place and bringing the building up to the standard required.. Piers Wrangham has an extremely good team around him and nothing is ever too much trouble and any questions are answered immediately. I highly recommend this Team.
