Negative experience: I had completely lost my faith in haart. I was even tempted to rent elsewhere with anyone other than haart! I had a visit today from Annabel. Wow, she was lovely, she listened and 100% restored my faith. 16/08/2025 update Annabel has left! My calls and emails to Haart are not being answered or replied to. The one email meant for me went to my son who does not live at my address. The office in Taunton is NEVER open! I can't stress enough DO NOT USE HAART!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a first time landlord and very nervous regarding renting my home, I phoned Haart and spoke to Aaron, he was amazing, talked me through the procedures fully, explained every aspect of letting what he would do and what I have to do. He gave me different options of management with costings and left me to decide what I would like to do. He was so reassuring, took great photos and marketed the property, within 2 days he had 4 viewings and we decided together which applicant to go with. Again, polite, efficient and all questions answered promptly and fully. At the last moment when it was discovered that the gas hob was faulty and I thought the deal might fall apart, I rang her to say, "I don't know what to do. I live miles away in north Nottinghamshire and the flat's in Somerset!" "Don't worry," was her instant response. "We can sort that out." And so it was sorted and all is going ahead as planned. He arranged the visit in coordination with us at a suitable timing and he was very helpful. The report of the visit was send over to us, by Michael, almost immidiately. Negative experience: DO NOT USE HAART. They will never answer the phone and they will steal your money. I phoned them countless times only to go through to the central office call centre where I gave in my notice 3 separate times. Now they’re asking for another months rent after I’ve already moved out and gave in my notice In time. They are not the slightest bit apologetic either. Vile, scummy behaviour is what you should expect if you go with Haart.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional and kind service provided by Haart. As a first time buyer, I find them to be a very welcoming estate agents. Souhir Bsais in particular was very good. Properties she recommended for viewing I found generally found to relevant and well suited for my budget and personal needs. She replies to emails within reasonable time so that viewings can be easily arranged. The agents who hosted the viewings were able to provide very good knowledge and insight of the properties on show. Great rapport was developed with me as a buyer, and I would imagine to be very helpful to sellers also. Highly recommend.
