Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the staff at Miller Evans for such a positive experience whilst selling my mother and father’s house over the last 12 months. Despite 3 separate setbacks where potential buyers pulled out of purchasing the house, staff remained positive, supportive and professional throughout. I would particularly like to thank Aimee Sellers and Jayne Christmas, with whom we had most contact; however, it became apparent that whoever we dealt with were always motivated, helpful and offered a quality service.

Negative experience: From a very professional first appointment with Will, it went downhill. In the initial brochure the agreed price was wrong, some edits to photographs I asked for were missed, room measurements were wrong, the description of my house as an end terrace was wrong, it was a mid terrace etc. I gave them the opportunity to correct all these errors in the second brochure, some were corrected, but not all. Consequently I did not feel confident in asking them to market my house.

Fantastic experience: Emma was amazing & everyone in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. I've never used an estate agent before - bought my 1st house off gum tree (!!) and my 2nd off family - and the experience has dismally failed to meet my expectations, given the reputation of the industry

Fantastic experience: I recently bought a property that was up for sale with Miller Evans. Setting up appointments for viewings was confirmed by email and they made an effort to fit us in when travelling some distance. Harry, who showed us around was lovely and gave us time to consider the property, not rushing us. There were issues below me in the chain on the day of purchase and the office staff were helpful, reassuring and went above and beyond to try and push to get the keys and move in asap.

Fantastic experience: Excellent estate agents. Superb. I normally think estate agents in generally are quite poor, but this was a really really good house purchase. They are never without problems here and there with the seller etc but everything was handled amazingly and professionally by the crew. Really easy to contact them, kept us informed, keen to help us move forward quickly (we had a buyer set up for our old house so needed to move asap). Super transparent - we never felt like they had a hidden agenda or were just trying to push anything. Everything was just spot on. Can't recommend them enough. Cheers everyone. UPDATE: We ended up speaking with the seller of the property (we bought) and they also had nothing but positive things to say. So can vouch for both sides buying and selling.

Fantastic experience: I had an unexpectedly good experience with Miller Evans. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but they made the process hassle-free. Inventory report was incredibly on point, even gave me a print out so made it easy for me to double check. They were also quite responsive, even arranging a contractor to fix some minor issues in the flat i moved into (without me raising them or asking for it first) and patiently answering all my silly questions (even the small ones about how to use the heating, stove and bins). Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, especially since I had a negative experience with my previous agent, I appreciated their good work all the more since I'd lost faith in Estate agents in general

Fantastic experience: Very efficient and pleasant with it.

Negative experience: Viewed property, applied, never heard anything back. Chased it up, never got a response to that either. On another occasion I was told I couldn't view a property because the viewings were full - so I asked to apply for it anyway 'oh sorry you can't apply for a property you haven't viewed'. So all in all just a massive waste of time.

Negative experience: Avoid if letting out a property. Poor comminication from letting manager lead to confusion with getting certificates and testing done on property. Final straw was there so called contractors telling me i had a gas leak when i didn't and refusing to have my property on tbe books unless i full repiped the house!!. Moved to another agent, no issues found on site and now let!

Negative experience: Made an appointment to view a property, took the morning off work ,but no one bothered to show up ...was very disappointed No one even bothered to let us know ,tried ringing ,left a voicemail message to say we were outside the property, waited over 15 mins ..then left .the next day a lady from Miller evans rang to ask how the viewing went ,and did not appear to have any knowledge that they were a no show ,even though I left a voicemail message informing them we were waiting outside the property ...very odd !!!

Negative experience: We travelled an 80 mile round trip to view a bungalow & when we called to complete the application form we were told it had been let, the agent at the property was still showing prospective tenants & hadn’t even been told it was let!! Poor & unprofessional company, won’t ever use them again.

Negative experience: One star from my behalf. As they didn't reply to me that the hose that i applied for its been given to someone else. And that they didn't inform me or cancel a nother viewing that i was booked for and wen i called they told me that already someone is moving in and they came 2 hours before me and they decided to move in... Wer was the application process there... That`s my personal opinion of them.

Zack came with us to view the property, he was very laid back and relaxed and made us feel like we could have the run of the house and take as much time as we needed and he was nice to chat to. I want to say a big thank you to Oliver Sims as he was extremely friendly, his communication between myself and the vendor was very fast and efficient, and he didn’t make me feel silly for all the questions I asked when we had our offer accepted! He was very helpful. Lastly I would like to thank Carla for keeping me in the loop during the last few weeks leading up to completion and being very friendly. Negative experience: Tried to organize viewing of some properties over a 3 day trip to the area as we want to move from London. The first agent we talked to was lovely and made it sound like it wouldn’t be an issue, she would get everything sorted, but she never got back to us. We called back a few days later and we were told that none of the agent would be available to show us any of the properties. Meanwhile the houses are empty so it’s not an issue with the tenants and we’re willing to relocate in the next few weeks. Why did the first agent made us feel like it wouldn’t be an issue but then never got back to us about rescheduling?

Positive experience: Very helpful estate agents. Good with communicating the progress of buying a property.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant team from initial viewing/listing til completion. They handled both my sale and purchase and were calm, efficient and compassionate throughout. The process was made harder by me being abroad in the initial stages but they went anove and beyond to get everything rolling. A special mention to Carla Whelton who worked tirelessly and without ( audible) complaint despite the multiple issues! I would not be lying here surrounded by boxes without her! Five star plus.

Negative experience: Attempted to purchase a property. Was NOT the smoothest process. I had to speak to multiple negotiators over the course of a few weeks despite being told I had an ‘assigned’ negotiator. So it was frustrating re-laying the history every time I spoke to someone. Staff were occasionally mildly rude Some negotiators where more helpful than others. One lady was about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot Try to avoid if possible

Negative experience: Very interested in a house marketed by Miller Evans, however they proved difficult to deal with, werent acting in the best interests of the seller (since I was happy to place an offer they werent happy to receive, oddly) and generally very difficult to deal with (offered a terrible 15 minute viewing of a house I had to drive 7 hours to view and only then said "possibly" and "maybe"). Very unprofessional, mildly rude.

Negative experience: Interested in a property advertised for sale by Miller Evans - tried calling for more information at 09:00 Monday 4th - answer phone only - tried calling again circa 10:00 - same response - tried calling again at 14:00 still no one available to speak to! Take note if you're selling a property with these guys - maybe worth trying elsewhere.....
