Negative experience: Avoid at all costs Horrific experience with this letting agent. They would never reply to any emails about work needing to be done. However if they needed something they would expect me to reply straight away. For months I asked if something could be done over the flooring as it was so poorly fitted and a huge trip hazard, we had a child in the house. They refused to fix the floor but tried to take my deposit to replace it once I left. The DPS obviously didn't agree to this as the flooring was in such poor condition on commencement of the tenancy. I feel sorry to whoever has moved into the property as it was in desperate need of decorating. I think the landlord had tried to do odd jobs themself but clearly wasn't very skilled. The car park was also underwater due to the biggest pothole I have ever seen. We only lived in the property for a year because we couldn't cope with the lack of communication. Our current letting agent and all previous have been amazing so we weren't expecting such a poor experience.

Negative experience: Formal / Public Warning Version ⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING: ATTIC FLAT, PARK LANE HOUSE, HIGH STREET, WELSHPOOL ⚠️ This flat is unfit for habitation and should be avoided at all costs. The property suffers from severe mold, inadequate water supply (a tiny electric tank that runs cold within minutes), freezing conditions due to gaps in the floorboards, and an infested bedroom window that attracts swarms of flies. The bathroom is cold and unhygienic, while the electricity system is outrageously expensive: £50 lasts only 4 hours without heating. There is no gas supply, making this an exceptionally costly and impractical property. Tenants consistently leave within weeks. The landlord refuses to carry out repairs or improvements, leaving the property in a hazardous and substandard condition. This flat is unsafe, unaffordable, and unsuitable for anyone to live in. Renters are strongly advised to avoid this property.

Fantastic experience: Roger Parry were the agents for a property that I have just completed the purchase on. Jo and Laura were absolutely instrumental in our completion process; Jo has a knack for (and dedication to) whipping solicitors into action and making sure the sale/purchase process keeps moving. Without their imput we'd still probably be a couple of months away from completion! Thoroughly professional and friendly, no ask was too much trouble - from additional visits to organising access for bat surveys, to passing messages the the vendors.

Negative experience: Don’t agree with one star Don’t sign any property with out getting Property license checks and certificates for all parts of the house from landlords to safety inspection because we had house from 5 years of hell with them not doing the checks the landlord was not licensed and no planning for the property they did not check the law with the Electric supplier? As was cash for landlord not by law Damp in every room and water leaks from Bodman and landlord and if u watch any scum landlords on tv his one of them thanks to this company so please be careful and do your own research in the place b4 signing So on the 27th dec dps emailed me to say on the 20th December I agree to pay £750 over to a the landlord what I did not and I will not get any money back from them for this how sign a key over to not get the deposit back hmm don’t touch this company as they only here for the scum landlords they don’t do there checks and scam people with poor housing

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in this estate agents. When looking for a property to rent I found a place I really liked but was told they don’t accept pets. I told the agent who was dealing with the property that I had a registered service dog. She continued to refer to the animal as a pet and I corrected her several times. The following day she informed me that our application was unsuccessful as the landlord does not accept pets. Once again I told her that he is not a pet, he is a service dog. I was discriminated against because of my disability which is illegal and lost out on a property because of it.

Negative experience: Josh Grey what a first class service you provided. If you like to be lied to and Messed about then this guy and this company is the go to place . All the good reviews must be fixed or payed someone to wright them .Were do u start with such a company lets keep it short and simple. So unprofessional its unreal that these are in business. So they sell us a house SSTC before xmas no paper work just verbal its sold to us and told theres no chain. So come January ring them up to be told the seller hasnt found a property to buy . With no chain involved i said it dosnt really matter . Josh thats dealing with sale “who told you there was no chain” Recap you did and the seller said no chain involved. So now the end of February and i have avoice mail saying if i dont contact by end of day they will take house off market . This is great when you working away and dont get msg till gone 6pm . So go on line and house as been taken down off line . All i can say politely is what a bunch of muppets . if you want to waste your time with these buying or selling a property then these guys are 100% right for u .Would i recommend these estate agents no, would i sell my property through these no, would i buy through these no, would i contact them for free advice no . So if your dealing with these cow boy or a Josh Grey best of luck to you .

Me and my boyfriend had had many months of not being able to find a rented flat due to old credit issues and we are now living in a wonderful two bedroom flat exactly where we wanted to be thanks to them. The staff are all very friendly, and Sophie, who has been our liaison for the whole experience is honestly incredible. Every little thing, or big thing has been dealt with quickly and they never make you feel like a nuisance. As a first time renter they have also been incredibly supportive and informative. I would highly recommend renting with them.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my partner and I had a bad experience with RP&P. We arranged a viewing with a property but decided having viewed it that we weren't going to make an offer. My partner received a telephone call from the estate agent following our viewing. The lady who called presumed in the first instance that we weren't putting in an offer because we couldn't afford it, which I thought was insulting (not that it matters, but we could afford it). She then accused my partner of giving her false information, as she had told the vendor where we lived (which she got wrong). When my partner asked why she needed to know this information, she told my partner that it was for security purposes - fair enough. However she was very quick to tell the vendor this information, who was clearly surprised when we told him during our house viewing that we didn't live where the estate agent had told him. What difference does it make where we live? My partner was clearly irritated and upset by the unprofessional behaviour of this lady when he got off the phone and we both agreed that we weren't going to pursue any further properties with this estate agent.

Negative experience: Arranged viewing, then traveled a round trip of 550 miles to have no one turn up at property. Called office and told they never confirmed and only called the vendor once on a house number and could not get reply. Never called vendors mobile and never called me back to say they couldn't get hold of anyone. Also very rude to me when called to ask why they didn't contact myself or vendor on his mobile. As luck would have it the vendor was passing the house and stopped to see why we were parked on his drive. He also is not happy and will be removing from company. He also said in two years we were the 1st to view property,so sounds like this estate agent promotes its places for sale very well ... NOT
