Steve came round and had an honest talk with me about what I wanted to achieve with my move. Yes I lowered my price but not by much. Weekly touch base calls and serious viewers only. Negative experience: BUYERS BEWARE I was a buyer, I was lied to about the construction type of a property ( turned out to be timber frame once survey was completed). When I brought this issue up I was told that my surveyor was wrong and they had sold the attached house nextdoor and it was not timber frame. This was incorrect and both properties were. I had to send the photo proof from my surveyor to convince them it was timber frame and they tried to pressure me into carrying one with the my purchase. Very unprofessional.

DB Robert’s are so familiar with the area and appointments were booked with travelling times taken into account. The viewings were punctual and the company rep who showed us round was friendly but let us have time and space to look. She encouraged us to come back if we wanted further time to consider. The vendors property was securely locked on exit and treated with respect.
