Fantastic experience: Dominique sold our previous house 10 years ago so didn't hesitate to ask her again. It was a long hall but we got there in the end with the fantastic Leanne working so hard with the aftersales. We thought it might be easier, however, what started out as seeming to be a straight forward house move ended up taking 10 months due to people in the chain losing buyers so the chain eventually involved 7 properties and 7 solicitors, some of whom were lethargic, unlike Leanne of Arden's, who worked tirelessly to help us all to the point of exchanging contracts and completing. We have just exchanged on our house (sell and buy) which was handled by Leanne at the Worcester branch. She took over after the sales were agreed and I have to say that her professionalism, and understanding that this was very important to us, landed us the house of our dreams. She kept in regular contact with me via email and by phone on an almost daily basis to let me know the progress, ask questions or clarify questions I had. We had a bit of a difficult experience from the buyers but she managed it really well and ensured that the deal didn’t break down. A wonderful experience and one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Arden as a whole is a very good estate agents and I would 100% use again.

Fantastic experience: So we’re in the middle of a sale/purchase but I wanted to describe the amazing service received by Millie and the team at Arden. It’s been truly world class. They also offered invaluable advice on staging the property and adding flowers and plants in preparation for photo's. It’s hard work but it does pay off in the end if you want the best price. Fantastic experience: Kate has shown us around a few properties on our search and was always honest but positive about the houses we viewed, and allowed us the space to look around as well as guide when needed. Her enthusiasm for the property we are (fingers crossed) buying matched our own. Lara in the office, who dealt with the offers was also very helpful as well as reassuring. Once our offer was accepted Leanne, although ultimately working for the sellers, was extremely diligent and kept us all on track to offer a smooth process. Would highly recommend their services (from both sides!)

Negative experience: Nothing but problems dealing with these agents. Over 2 years and no progress, lack of communication and effort, It just didn't seem like they were even interested in making the sale. Even when we spoke to them on the phone, they were rude and dismissive. Went with another local agent and property was sold within 2 months and completed with no trouble shortly after. I would advise not wasting your time and in result, loosing money through these agents.
