All the team have excellent local knowledge and are very professional. Once they found us a buyer the communication was again excellent. Carol helped so very much in keeping us informed and also listening to frustrated rants whilst staying calm and professional. Special thanks also to Helen for training and co-ordinating such a cohesive team and for holding our hands when things got a bit tough. It's the 2nd time we have sold with them and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Constant chasing up otherwise wouldn't be updated. Promised all ok to move in..Informed a week before move in date ( after I chased) I won't be no longer moving in the property. Just a email back with my holding fee deposit receipt. No remorse from anyone.
