Fantastic experience: The team at Connells Worcester were amazing throughout the whole process, helping us buy our first house! It was a (very) long process but Connells kept us up to date, chased sellers, solicitors, helped with mortgages and basically kept us sane throughout the whole thing. Sam was brilliant and really put in the effort to get the deal through, along with Amy and the rest of the team, I think we spoke to the whole team by the end! If anyone is looking to buy/sell/rent in Worcester I would recommend Connells and also will be sure to use them again if needed.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE estate agents. Stay away from them if you want to rent. They were rude, condescending and incredibly unhelpful, specially Olivia, Kate (renewals) and Kris. They know nothing about the property they are renting out, and will NOT respond to your emails or help you if you have queries. Stay clear of Bridgewater House as well if they are trying to get you to rent that , electricity is through the roof there. They will make up their own rules, and force you to "extend your tenancy to fixed 6 months " rather than going into a periodic contract as those are "their rules", when this is by no means the law. They will also try to make you pay a whole month more when you want to end the contract, again making up their own rules. Not to be trusted, they do everything possible to squeeze more money out of you, while providing a rubbish service for the tenants. For your own sake, go with someone else.

Negative experience: Had bad experience with them, They are not returning my deposit amount, had applied for 2 bedrooms property of stone water at Bromyard road, they took deposit on 1st feb 2024, move in date was 14th march but on 11th march they called me that they are not able to give me that property and i will get my deposit back within 10 working days. Its been more than 2 months still didn’t received my deposit back nor they are picking my calls, and olivia is not replying of my emails as well I don’t know whom to complain about them

Fantastic experience: All of the staff at this office were lovely and very supportive, but I have to mention that Ellis from the mortgage team did a phenomenal job explaining things to me and making sure I knew all my options. As a first-time buyer, I could not have asked for better service from the staff!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing agency. I have contacted in regards to a property for rent however they took my details and said they will call back the same day however they didn’t. I tried ringing them however once my number has been registered they did not answer. After 8 calls,emails and voicemails left in two days I have rang from a landline and they answered within seconds just because it was a different number. A property which just been advertised I would of wanted to apply however because they did not answered or contacted back apparently now there are to many applicants and I will go on the cancellation list which clearly gives you 0 chances. Very unprofessional staff and way of conducting the business. AVOID AVOID AVOID
