Negative experience: Unfortunately, unable to recommend Nicol & Co. Had property listed with them for over a year, very limited interest received, despite listing at their recommended price, with property requiring only minimal touch ups. Lowered the price further times with no further improvements. Any initiative to try and improve the chances of selling was made by us and not Nicol & Co. Poorly made videos with incorrect/misleading information. Decided to no longer list with Nicol & Co, the MD clearly had no interest, and regularly demonstrated a poor attitude throughout the whole listing period.

Fantastic experience: It was easy to arrange a viewing with the estate agents, and the agent who showed us round was really knowledgeable of the house and very friendly. We then put an offer in, and it was smooth process, there was always someone at the office to take my call, and the emails received have been clear with requirements, special thank you to Alice who has been really helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have just sold my house through Nicol and Co. The whole team from valuation to final sale has been really smooth. Moving house tends to be stressful but this was definately not. Shout outs must go to Molly Maguire who did my valuation, Tom Riley for the brochure, and a huge thank you to Alice Bennett who kept me informed regarding the sale and didn't laugh at my stupid questions!

Fantastic experience: After my previous house purchase, my general disposition is to loathe estate agents due to exceedingly poor behaviour. However, this purchase so far has been a treat. Alice Bennet has been brilliant, as has her whole team in assisting me with viewing and considerations, and giving me the space to consider my thoughts. My house will be on the markets once this purchase completes, and know who I will ask to do the sale without hesitation. Thoroughly recommended - some of the local estate agents should really learn a thing or 2!
