Fantastic experience: I was reluctant to go through another letting agent but i wanted to rent the house im in and that was the way to do it(the landlord i knew persoanlly but she had these guys manage the house)....but very quickly i came to learn that this letting agent really isnt like the rest. We fell in love with the house and Libby was totally professional in negotiating our offer price to the vendor.
