Fantastic experience: We have had a very protracted sale of a flat in Gloucester primarily due to the circumstances surrounding our buyer who lived abroad. Fortunately Kat Lawrence kept everything on course during some difficult negotiations and ultimately achieved the sale. Kat was invariably upbeat and realistic and notified us of problems so that we were able to respond appropriately and in good time. We always felt that she told it as it was and never exaggerated the good, the bad or the indifferent and this was important because it enabled trust to develop, and our responses measured and realistic. Kat was also flexible with her usage of the means of communication either phoning, WhatsApp, text messages or email depending on content and urgency - this was very important and showed an excellent sense of judgment. Negative experience: Terrible service from this estate agent, was waiting outside property for 10 minutes for viewing, called agency to see where agent was and they said she was on her way, turns out she was in the property and only came out when another viewing arrived, then was told to wait outside while the later booking looked first, like I don’t have work to go back to either which was explained when booking this viewing. Wouldn’t use them again absolute shambles
