Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a property advertised for sale through Property Centre Quedgeley. Having sold via their Tuffley Branch last year we knew we were in safe hands. We negotiated the purchase via James who kept us up to date and also had several viewings with Tracy who always answered all of our questions. Sophie (sales progressor) then was on hand to provide regular, weekly updates on progress so we knew where everything was up to. Every person that we have been in contact with has been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We have had a point of contact for each stage of the process but have been able to speak to any of the team should that person not be available. The knowledge, advice and guidance from James and his team led to our house selling within 48 hours of being on rightmove. This quick sale enabled us to be in the best position to have an offer accepted on our dream home. The hard work and support from Sophie, the property centres Sales Progressor, meant that we were always informed and updated about the progress of our sale and of the whole chain’s progress. Fantastic experience: we originally listed our property with another local sales agent however found them to be incompetent with turning up on time and showing people around our house who wanted completely different requirements from the offset. After three months of frustration and without a sale we terminated our contract and listed our house with the property centre. We gave Victoria from the Quedgeley office a call and arranged for her to valuate, image and list our house. The photos were really good and also created a live floor plan tour of the house. We originally met Keelan Aylott whilst viewing other houses being sold by the Property Centre and he quickly understood our needs and helped to find us the right property suited to our requirements and tastes, Leading to us purchasing our new home. Upon selling our existing property Keelan took the time to. visit and get familiar with our house that he'd be selling. Only after two viewings (2 Weeks), the Property Centre found us a buyer and handled our negotiations for us leading to us selling at the price we wanted originally. The administration on behalf of the Property centre as of now has been prompt and they've been very informative from the get go. We were mislead on the house and sellers status which lead to the loss of hundreds of pounds and wasted time.
