Stef showed us around the property and had all relevant information to hand. Our offer was accepted and a confirmation email sent the same day. Stef was great throughout the whole process. I was able to contact Stef via email and text which was ideal as I was not always able to talk on the phone with kids around. The Kitchen, living room, bedrooms and garden really stood out and I can see myself making some happy memories there. It's definitely one to consider. Negative experience: She was amazing at the start and friendly but as time went on wasn’t very helpful with the process, sided more with the seller than the buyer and we had a mutual agreement on email and only stuck to one of the agreement, I would be careful to go with this company.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Belvoir Estate Agents in Gloucester as they give conflicting advice. I called one of their agents for a house valuation and they gave me a certain figure and when my solicitor requested the valuation they gave them a different figure...a whopping 50K difference!!! Hello....house prices have gone up not down. Stephanie told my solicitor that i was given  an online valuation as no one visited my property for a real live valuation. I queried this with  Stephanie and told her that this is incorrect as I did have an Anthony come and view my property and gave me a real live valuation figure. If she had done her job properly and investigated this deeper and further she would have known this. I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone. 28.11.24 In response to the below i did not shout abuse to your team member. I merely expressed that I am not stupid to give a valuation to my solicitor based on an online figure which your team member relayed this information. My solicitor was not told that Anthony had visited the property.

Fantastic experience: I literally cannot fault Stef and the team at belvoir. I initially rang to book a viewing of another and within only a matter of hours Stef was round at our house giving me a valuation for our property. She arrived on time, with a friendly smile and personable personality that made us trust her instantly. She had done her research before coming (even with only 4 hours notice!) and was able to give a valuation instantly after seeing out house. She explained exactly how she had come to the valuation and everything she explained was clear and understandable. We had a few other agents come to value our house and whilst they all valued it at exactly the same price, they just didn't have the personality of Stef, which made our decision to market with Belvoir the easiest one we've made yet! Stef came round to our house to take pictures within only a matter of days and knowing we were keen to move things quickly she was able to get our house live on the market exceptionally fast - something that we are extremely grateful for as we'd already found our dream house! She was professional throughout but with the added benefit of being exceptionally patient with our toddler who wanted desperately to be 'helpful'- allowing him to help with the picture taking and just generally being involved as much as he could with the house moving process. We know this involvement will help him with the transition when we do move, and that's all due to Stef! Within an hour of our house being on the market, we had a handful of viewings booked in and I've been massively surprised with how many viewings Stef has managed to draw in for us! In less than a week, we had an offer and we're so much closer to getting our dream house. Throughout the whole process so far, Stef has kept us updated at every step and is so easy to get hold of which just makes this whole process so much easier. When doing the walk through it was like she loved the property just as much as I did which made me feel more confident in wanting the property. Fantastic experience: When I wanted to sell my property I chose a few estate agents to come and give me an estimate of what it could sell for. Some of them seemed very unenthusiastic and gave me quite low prices. As soon as Belvoir came out to me, they there SOOO enthusiastic and excited about the property, I nearly re bought it myself and I knew they were exactly who I wanted to go with! They gave me the highest selling price out of everyone who gave me an estimate and we even got offers over asking price! My dealings with Belvoir have been fab. I have been mostly dealing with Steff, who is like having a friend at the end of the phone I can call whenever! What I ever I ask of her, she does! She works so hard, and although we haven't reached the end just yet, I know she is doing everything she can to get us there!!
