Negative experience: Awful customer service. The estate agents are all miserable and unorganised, as first time buyers we were excited and to be met with a miserable tone as if they couldn’t be bothered at all was disappointing. We enquired about a house, they didn’t even have the decency to tell us that the house was no longer being sold with them, they just ignored us instead! Another house we asked to view, they failed to tell us the viewing was cancelled so we turned up none the wiser and stood in the cold waiting, no apology off the estate agents ofcourse. Honestly disappointing excuse for “customer service”.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to everyone at Pattinson Estate Agents, Blyth for the prompt way in which they dealt with selling our property. A stress free experience with no pressure! Everyone we had contact with was very friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. They explained everything step by step, kept us updated, were prompt when dealing with our calls and they were on hand to answer questions and provide advice in a timely manner. They worked extremely well as a team and a special mention to Marian who was our main contact. If you’re thinking of selling a property I would recommend you get in touch with Pattison’s.

Fantastic experience: From day one, Marian and the team at Pattinsons were on the ball, grabbing me a buyer for my apartment within 24 hours after other estate agents struggled for months on end. I absolutely could not pick any fault with their service and professionalism even if I wanted to. Buying and selling houses is an ordeal but Pattinsons made it as painless and worry free as they possibly could, especially in my case where a few external frustrating factors at play caused the sale to take nearly an entire year. To summarise, if I ever wish to subject myself to the process of selling a house again, Pattinsons would be my absolute first choice every time!

Negative experience: I wanted to give 0 stars but was not able to. Totally appalling service. Viewed a property which was a cash only sale. My estranged wife made a cash offer above the guide price - no response. She followed up with an email enquiry - totally ignored. If this is how Pattinson's conduct their business it is little wonder they are considered as a third rate organisation. Utterly appalled. I dare you to post this review but I suspect it will be filtered out.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the Bedlington sales team. They were so helpful, friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. They managed all the viewings of the property by holding a one day open house and sold the property that day. They managed the whole transaction very professionally making it totally stress free for me. Jane and Faye have been brilliant throughout. I would also like to thank the rentals team who managed the property for me for 2 years they found me tenants very quickly and handled everything entailed with renting properties out very professionally and always kept me well informed. To sell or rent I cant recommend the Pattinson teams enough thank you.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. Unprofessional, extreme lack of communication between the team, no rapport or expertise. Take your money and run. I'd avoid these cowboys at all costs. Even if my dream house came up with them, I'd dodge it. Hopefully they don't stay open much longer with their reputation. An absolute disgrace.
