Fantastic experience: was unhappy with the letting agent that was dealing with my small portfolio of buy to let properties. Repairs were not being done so the tenants ended up refusing to pay the rent. Every time I contacted their office to discuss, I seemed to speak to a different person who had little or no knowledge of the situation and sometimes I got the impression I knew more about lettings than they did. I sorted out the problems myself and considered self-managing but discovered that can be a bureaucratic nightmare. A friend recommended Quinn & Co, who they have dealt with for years, and after being with them for just 3 months I have to say the service is better than I expected. The staff all seem experienced and are very knowledgeable and it’s a good feeling of confidence that my properties are in good hands. Its early days but so far I am impressed with Quinn & Co.

Fantastic experience: Quinn and Co our letting agents, were brilliant in helping us get back possession of our property. It was a long drawn out legal case that took a few months. Martin Quinn, Director and Lettings Manager, Nino Ninikuri took a lot of the stress out of the situation for us, helping us to deal with the process via our solicitors. We highly recommend Quinn and Co Estate and Letting Agents, all the staff there are very helpful. They definitely have the knowledge and skills to deal with any problems that may arise.

I was a tenant in the UK for 7 years, but Quinn & Co was the best agency I have ever used. They are very polite, honest, fair and caring for the tenants. Fantastic experience: Would recommend Quinn & Co. We recently sold a property, it all went very smoothly, we were kept up to date regularly by Jon who made the whole process amazingly simple from start to finish, which was a lot quicker than we anticipated.

Negative experience: I have to say the whole experience dealing with Quinn & Co was a disgrace, the flat we rented was riddled with damp and mould, the carpets were filthy the shower was broken and not fixed for 6 weeks, the owner Martin Quinn is full of false promises and certainly full of lies, only interested in taking your money, when you complain he lets himself into your flat whenever he wants to, gets a kick out of threatening young women, avoid this agency and save yourself a lot of hassle, better more professional agency's around, please don't make the mistake we did. Your reply is bull, you entered the flat unannounced on several occasions which is against the law, you would not even know what mould is, you can't even spell it.

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing time with Quinn and Co. Especially with agent Nino. My time staying at the company’s managed property has been great. They are responsive in getting issues resolved. They make sure the property are very well looked after with flats that have cleaning service included. Most of the commitment of the staffs and in particular Nino is extraordinary, taking queries until 9-10pm and put effort in addressing them the very next day. Would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants to put their living worries away while living in Bournemouth!

Negative experience: I have been a tenant with this agency for a while after I had no choice having had my tenancy passed over to them and had nothing but problems, even now after moving out of their property 8 months ago. While living in the property, they gave less than 24 hours notice and then turned up and illegally let themselves in, with no authorisation from myself. After leaving the property, they tried telling me I had to give 2 months notice and demanded payment of 2 months rent, when my tenancy agreement clearly stated 1 month notice. After leaving it, the property was thoroughly cleaned (much cleaner than when we moved in) yet they wanted to charge us to get a cleaner in. Now, almost 8 months on they have decided to misinform the council that we now owe a further 3 weeks council tax, despite us moving out. It never ends with their mis-management of the property and we still can't get away from them! Steer well clear if you are a tenant!

Having bought this same house from Quinn and Co 7 years ago they were so efficient and friendly at the time that I knew I would 100% want them to resale my house when it came to the time. True to form they have not disappointed, if anything the service was even better. Jon and Jim have always been professional and friendly with a personal touch throughout with great communication, I have been recommending them for the last 7 years and will continue to do so. They are not your average estate agent and totally changed my general opinion of estate agents. For quality service and no nonsense then look no further.

Negative experience: Used this company a long while ago. Never again! My friend was looking to rent his property through them recently, i warned him not to which prompted this review now. Used quinn & co to manage my property. Gave notice to quinn & co to give notice to my tenants as i needed to move back into my home. Day i was due to move back in i was informed by quinn & co that they'd forgot to give them notice!!! This resulted in a huge amount of inconvenience stress and expense to ourselves. Avoid!!!

Negative experience: No that I am finally done dealing with this bunch of two face liars, i can give an honest review. Martin Quinn talks out of both sides of his face; He will tell the Owner whatever he damn well likes, as he will to the Renter. and rarely do these two agreements line up with one another. He acts all friendly. but does as little as possible to resolve an issue if he even bothers too at all. If you discuss Anything with him which he claims he will deal with GET IT IN WRITING. NEVER TAKE HIM AT HIS WORD. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
