Fantastic experience: Dimi at Slades deserves a special award for making estate agency feel almost suspiciously pleasant. From the first viewing to the final paperwork, Dimi somehow managed to answer every question before I even thought to ask it. I'm still not entirely convinced he's not secretly psychic. Professional, friendly, and impressively patient, he guided us through the process with the calm confidence of someone who has seen every property-related crisis imaginable and lived to tell the tale. Calls were returned, emails were answered, and somehow the whole experience felt less like buying/selling a property and more like being helped by a very organised friend. If estate agents were footballers, Dimi would be scoring hat-tricks every weekend. If they were superheroes, his power would be finding the perfect property while simultaneously chasing solicitors and keeping everyone sane. Highly recommended. Five stars. No notes. Although I am slightly concerned that Dimi has set the bar impossibly high for every estate agent I'll ever meet.

Fantastic experience: Estate Agents are expensive, you'll always need to have one at some point so choose well. Slades have been absolutely amazing and have earned every penny. Dimitri in particular has gone above and beyond anything I ever imagined. Exceptional communication, always kept me updated and informed. He liaised with my chain and all the solicitors in my short chain making sure that all of my queries and even small questions were answered perfectly. There were situations whereby it simply wasnt his job to help me out but he acted on my behalf to gain the answers anyway. I had to write this review because I feel this Estate Agents stands out from the rest. Highly trusted. I felt my sale price for my property was fair and wasn't over estimated to gain my business like some large agents do, they gave me everything I need to understand why my house was worth what it was. As a result my property sold very quickly as it was at a marketable price which felt right. Lastly, thank you Dimitri and Chris for all of your hard work. Negative experience: Sorry to say that but it was very bad,, I arrived to the property 10 minutes early but I received a call from the Slades telling me that the viewing has been cancelled for some reason!!! I had a day off from work and I cancelled an appointment because of the viewing then they called me at the last minute telling me the appointment was cancelled I been told that the tenant cancel the viewing but I saw some people walking out and I asked them they told me that they was viewing the property!!!!

Positive experience: Chris was across this whole deal - not only the sale for his client but also understanding the conveyancimg process and the "pinch points". The whole process was professional top quality and with extra bits included that I didn't expect to receive. Negative experience: Seems the preferred choice of scum landlords renting properties they couldn't care less about as this so called 'estate agent' doesn't ever seem to regularly check the rental properties they manage. A high street 'estate agent' to avoid at all costs unless you're one of the former.
