Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service from Alisha. She has a warm personality and a bubbly character which fit in really well with my parents. Alisha showed us around the property with lots of details along with throwing in some suggestions in what we could do to the property in the future if we decided to buy. Alisha wasn't shy regarding her culture which helped massively because she was able to communicate with my mum who doesn't speak very much English. Alisha is also being very helpful in suggesting properties to us in other areas of Luton and is helping us with viewings. If I could give Haarts and Alisha 10 I would but for now 5 will have to do. A job well done!!!

Negative experience: I am changing my review. I was quite happy during the first few months renting with Haart (19 Pinnacle House, Kings Langley), but then things changed. I am writing this to raise problems and hopefully get them solved. The property management team needs to be more responsible with emails and phone calls. Sometimes I have to spend at least an hour just trying to reach someone. My fob key has not been delivered for 4 months, so I have to park my car at a friend’s parking space in a different city. This is absolutely disappointing. I no one seems working on it still.. I am not even going to mention the issues with rubbish/bin services and parcel stealing in the building, which the property management should be taking care of.
