Fantastic experience: I have known them for over 30 years and have always found them honest, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend them to buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. They are genuine and constantly strive to go the extra mile to uphold and further their excellent reputation.

Negative experience: I made an offer on a new build as advertised on Venture's website - this offer was accepted by the developer but subsequently it became clear that the developer was going to withhold some of the items included as advertised. Venture stopped replying to my emails quite quickly and only when the threat of small claims action was raised did they actually start replying to emails again. Shameful all round - of course I'd never, ever go near a Venture property again. I was successful in the small claims court in getting my deposit back.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with Thomas from Venture Residential. He was super friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. He came over a couple of times for rental valuations and follow-ups, and each time he was very professional and patient in answering and clearing all my questions. Thomas was also very quick in taking pictures and getting the property online, which helped generate lots of viewings in a short time. His colleague who came for the viewings was also polite and professional. Even though I eventually went with a tenant I already knew, I was really impressed with the support and effort Thomas put in. I would definitely recommend him if you’re planning to rent out your property, and I’ll be more than happy to contact him again in the future.

Negative experience: Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had a scheduled property viewing with this agency and arrived a few minutes early, only to be completely neglected. I waited for 15 minutes—no one showed up, and there was zero communication. I tried calling the office multiple times, but no one picked up. At around 30 minutes past the scheduled time, I received a call from the agent Antonia, asking where I was. I explained I had waited and left. Instead of apologising or taking responsibility for being nearly 30 minutes late, she bluntly said, “Well, I’m at the property now and I can’t wait that long for you.” No apology, no accountability. I sent a detailed email explaining what happened and expressed interest in rescheduling—with a different agent, due to the poor handling. That email was sent directly to Abul, and I never received a reply. That level of disregard and lack of basic professionalism is extremely disappointing. If this is how they treat potential clients, I would be very concerned about how they manage serious transactions. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend dealing with this agency.

After leaving the property everything is ok every one talking well but after leaving the property sudden all change they refused to give all deposit back the keep all my deposit money and before leaving the property Antonia, grace , carla they say yes to everything and after even they don’t take my call .when we go to there office they refused to meet
