Negative experience: I don't usually write bad reviews but Robb Residential has been absolutely pathetic and infuriating to deal with. I had my viewing of the property, on the viewing I said I have to give my current landlord 28 days of notice and they said that would be okay, then I received a mail from them asking me if I can push my moving date closer, I said I can but only by a week. Then they ghosted me for weeks, I mailed them again asking for update, no response, I called them multiple times but every time they would have some or the other excuse and tell me they need to talk with someone called Becca and they would call me back later, I received no follow up calls. Meanwhile, the property I was looking to rent had its rent and deposit reduced. I called them today and they said the landlord accepted someone else's offer but the property is still up on their website. CONGRATULAATIONS!! You made sure I did not get the property I wanted and you also sure the landlord did not get the price he wanted. ABSOLUTE JOKERS!

Fantastic experience: Having been let down on a number of occasions, we decided to move to this company. Our house is on the west coast of Scotland and we are based in Norfolk, so it is very important to us that they deal with things locally. And they have. They organised the installation of a new Calor tank, replacing the roof, redecoration and many other "routine" tasks. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a company that makes things happen without nagging. They are brilliant and I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They understand that I want the best for my tenants as well as myself.

Negative experience: Worst letting agent I've ever had letting a property from. Tried not to refund me for the locksmith when the locks failed on me. Then charged me a cleaning fee when the flat was in perfect order. Would avoid renting from this agency and recommend smaller agencies from my personal experience.

Negative experience: Do not rent from/ through robb residential. Patronising, rude and unresponsive. Will not get repairs done or taken seriously. Boiler had dangerous carbon monoxide leak over winter and slow repair and no compensation of any kind. Many issues with the property repeatedly put forward and not addressed. Given minimum notice to leave at awful time and then queries not replied to. Landlord left so much junk in the property - sheds , cupboards etc told would have were locked or filled with his stuff. Kept getting his mail for loans he was taking with the address we were renting as he’s outside the country so was using the address to get U.K. loans. Use a different estate agents. Have now bought a new property and dealt with so so many much better - highly reccomend Clyde property!!

Positive experience: Our engagement with Robb Residential started over 10 years ago, whereby we let out our flat in Edinburgh through Kenneth Robb and his agency ate the time, who did a wonderful job for us in those early years. We experienced a mix of competency and capability from the various staff at Robb Residential that oversaw our let for the following years. However, they kept our property occupied just about throughout the entire time. They also facilitated a bathroom renovation, flooring replacements, redecorating, and the usual maintenance and regulatory upgrades that were required. Kudos to the team for that. We then used their estate agency to sell the property. This was initiated through Charlotte then managed by Jackie. They were considerate of our nervousness given this was our 3rd sales attempt. However, Jackie did a great job of coordinating viewings with her Edinburgh agent and keeping us informed throughout, and we sold within desired timelines. Thank you for your help.
