Negative experience: Very disappointed in the professionalism of an agent. We were looking to book a viewing for a property and because we couldn’t do before noon on Tuesday or Thursday… the lady proceeded to say “well I have gave you options you can give me a call back when you are free”. Now our home is currently on the market I would be livid if this was my estate agents not trying their best to book viewings in. What a sad experience!

Morgan was very professional and knowledgable throughout by giving us feedback on our viewers and then dealing seamlessly with our closing date. Fantastic experience: I’ve not yet bought or sold a house yet but Valerie has been excellent at keeping me up to date with possible properties that would suit what I am looking for and arranged for a valuation of my house. Bobby was very professional with giving me a valuation and a very fair fee, compared to other estate agents I looked at. I will be selling my property with town and country as soon as they find me my dream home. I’d highly recommend them.

Positive experience: After initial discrepancy between quoted fees I generally had a good experience with Town and Country selling my home in Bearsden. The photos were arranged super quickly, done well, with drone footage and it was on the market fast when I gave the ok. Sometimes it was difficult to get hold of someone in the Bearsden office. However, I was updated and notified of interest and viewings with helpful emails and phone calls. (I carried out my own viewings) The house sold in a week and I followed the advice on what value to expect and accept, so in that respect it all went smoothly.

Negative experience: Poor service. I would not recommend this company. When the agent initially visited, they promised a number of marketing measures, including video with drone footage and directional boards. There was no drone footage. The video uploaded was not of a quality one might expect and was quickly taken down due to copyright issues. The issue with the video was either not noticed or not acted upon and, despite chasing this up, it was some time before the video was finally uploaded again. There was a delay in erecting the directional board and, when it was placed, the location was suboptimal (despite providing information with the exact desired location). Other issues included interest not being followed up. My impression is that this company promised to aggressively market my property, to gain my business, but failed to do so.

Positive experience: Town and country were efficient and quick to get things done . The sign outside the house was put up before the house went on sale with no discussion and when asked to remove from house to street , this was not done . They have been very easy to contact and answer queries and pleasant to talk to . The actual advert was not always available from the phone app but on the whole it was a fair advert . We are very pleased that the house has been sold quickly and efficiently

Met with Duncan initially regarding the house for sale, lovely guy & could tell he was experienced within his field. Valued the home at exactly what we were hoping for & it did achieve this figure. I think T&C have the market sewn up within North Glasgow & surrounding areas. Easy to see why. Marketing wise they are great - they advertise on all the big named platforms RightMove, Zoopla & S1. Photographs are great too, they actually came out to retake the photos on a Brighter Sunnier day to give the house a nicer Display/Main Image. Enquiry wise Morgan & Claire are great at their jobs too whenever I have had any issues or questions regarding the sale.
