Negative experience: They are now part of Slater Hogg and Howison, please be careful when dealing with them as when it comes time to end the tenancy they don't reply to emails, they can't find notes on your tenancy now that they've merged with SHH and no-one wants to help. I lost part of my deposit because they lied on the deposit claim back, and the landlord claimed for betterment. Due to limitations in evidence you can provide and a hospital stay although I had the proof, I couldn't add it in time.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Euan and The Property Store highly enough. Their professional service and attention to detail was above and beyond. Euan's personal input was exceptional; with his friendly and approachable guidance. Negative experience: After renting for 3.5years with the property store, I am changing my review from 5stars to 1. Everythings fine when its going their way. However, if you disagree with a rent increase to what they want (even above legal limits) they will escalate it to tribunal without giving you notice. They will then come and harrass you in your home, enter without permission, take pictures of the house and refuse to make amends. Ive now left the property, and they couldnt give me a correct final figure for rent, trying to charge more and telling me my rent date has always been 30th when ive paid rent on 1st for over 3yrs. Had to argue about that as well and send them emails from 2021 for them to accept they were wrong. Incompetent, unhelpful staff and managers. Will never use again. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold my house through Property Store, I highly recommend them. They provided very high quality photos, drone footage of the property, very detailed floor plans with measurements. They also provided valuable insights from viewers themselves as well as details on the web tracking to the listing etc. Really useful information and it allows you as the seller to make any neccessary adjustments for following viewings that may help the sale. The team themselves were great, they were friendly and very helpful throughout.

From the moment I put a note of interest in on a property to rent Erin took over and helped with every query and concern that I have. She was able to get back to me quickly and within a few days the agreements were signed and I collected my keys 2 weeks later. Collecting my keys could not be easier, and the cute little welcome box was an added bonus. Within the first week of being in the property I had to contact them regarding a repair, within a couple of hours the Landlord contacted me and the repair was done quickly. Fantastic experience: I was having issues with the smoke alarms going off intermittently. I contacted Gillian at the Property Store and she arranged for an electrician to come out - he replaced the faulty alarm (he was in and out in less than half an hour). Fantastic service all round.

After a poor experience with a previous estate agent I was a little apprehensive however Euan made everything so effortless. Fantastic experience: As a first time buyer, I can't recommend The Property Store and in particular Euan enough! We went to view our first house and Euan made us feel so at ease and answered any questions I had about the buying process and what would be involved etc. The benefit of being able to see the house in the evening after working hours was great as well, as I know not many agents offer this service. On this occasion, we didn't buy the property due to there being a higher offer made but I genuinely can't praise Euan enough for just being so lovely and his excellent customer service. At no point was he pushy for a sale, he was upfront and honest about everything from the beginning, so thank you!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed & let down from the property store at the end of our tenancy. Guilty until you can prove yourself innocent. Grateful for Safe Deposit Scotland being a 3rd party holding the deposit because after 4 months of unprofessional emails from one of the property managers, no full check out report sent, all photos blurry. We finally have our deposit back. After finding out the landlord had left their business too, we contacted them directly regarding our deposit to their response was they haven’t heard from the property store about the deposit at all when in all emails the letting manger was trying to pass blame to the landlord for the ridiculous deduction amounts. The 2 years we lived in the property, everything was okay, repairs got handled within a reasonable time frame, 1 complaint within the 2 year let was them inspecting the property in house in May 2021 without consent of entering our property. I would not recommend anyone to use the property store after our experience.

Fantastic experience: The Property Store made the renting process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. They were so patient in responding to my questions and concerns. Their tenancy manager, Andrew is so amazing in replying to me about what to do next. On collecting the key, they provided gift vouchers, drinks, chocolate, hand sanitizer spray, hygiene soup, anti-bacterial wipes, coffee bags, multi powder, etc. The property store is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I will have been a tenant for two years with Property Store in October and can’t praise them enough. I recently had my inspection done by Charlene who was lovely, asking me did I need any repairs and making sure I was happy. Staff have always been very courteous and attentive. Any repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently. Staff have a lovely manner when speaking to them and always let me know well beforehand when safety checks ect have to be carried out in the property and exactly who and what company is coming to the house. Negative experience: I was massively put off of renting from this company. I was moving to the area and asked to arrange for my partner to view a property in Stewartfield. I was met with a lot of resistance trying to organise this and during the process of waiting for a response, the poor landlord dropped rent on the property. It's a 'Massive Avoid' from me, for tenant and landlords alike! I ended up letting via Douglas Dickinson, who have provided an all-round much more pleasant impression/ experience. ***EDIT*** In response to The Property Store reply (I can't seem to respond to that, funnily enough), It took 2 weeks to get an initial response then a further week to be offered a slot out of hours, which I couldn't do. After this I had found another property with a more responsive letting agent, so didn't feel the need to respond again. As mentioned above, during this delay the landlord for the property had dropped the rent payment. Read into that what you will!

The house that was being sold was only on the market for about 10 days. Once the sale was agreed the staff were still very helpful with any ongoing queries that I had and offered a higher level of support than I expected.

The guys and girls who work here seem genuinely interested in your well being and are always on the ball to help. They are delightful to talk with and can give and take a healthy dose of banter too! The Property Store price structure was extremely competitive but there was no compromise on the service offered. Euan gave me excellent help and advice with everything from the home report to preparing for viewers, and both Euan and June arranged my viewers and managed my offers. Fantastic experience: The house we recently bought was marketed by the Property Store EK. When I called to arrange a viewing it was outside office hours so I fully expected it to go to voicemail or to have to call back the next day, however June answered and put the appointment in the diary, which was fantastic. Conveniently, the EPC link in the listing on Rightmove included the home report so we had all the info we needed in advance of the viewing, in an easily accessible place, without needing to request it. The property certainly lived up to the photos - often estate agents will use optical tricks and high angle shots to make rooms appear bigger than they actually are, but that wasn’t the case here. It was exactly as shown/described and we were thoroughly smitten when we viewed. From a buyer’s perspective, we had first class service and all went smoothly from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as always. Everyone is really friendly and responsive. Have sold our house through the property store before and had an incredible experience particularly with Euan. We are now letting through The Property store while we look for something to buy. The team that lead the rentals have now been fabulous. We had a couple of repairs to be done in the flat and Lisa was great. She kept in touch with us the whole time and continued to check in and make sure things were progressing as they should be. Cant recommend enough !
