Negative experience: One of the worse ever experience i had with this agent ! I got the property for my 86 year old mother. They took 30 days to complete the deal and at the end no one bother to come to property to show the things are working or not although ask my mother to go to office and collect the keys ! She travelled 40 miles away to get the key and when she arrived at her new flat there is no electricity at all which agent told her everything is runing ! Its been 4 hours we try to contact supplier and agent and both let her down and now she need to stay in hotel untill electricity come ! This is really pathatic service by agent ! I wish i could give them minus score and show the whole world how pathatic people are working in this company they have no humanity at all

Fantastic experience: Rented a one bed flat and my experience was brilliant. Especially Martin, he took me through the application process swiftly and had me moved in to the flat in no time and even sent photos of the flat and other details when required. I have just moved out of the property and needed a little extra time to clean, Martin was very understanding and waited for me to finish cleaning to take the keys back and save me the trouble of going to the Estate Agents. Negative experience: Considering the listing had been removed a few days ago, learning that this meant the property had been let would have been nice to know when the event took place. Plans had already been arranged for the day of the viewing as at least an hours travel is required and the viewing was not the only event of the day. I am also at work and don't have the freedom to answer calls whenever.

Negative experience: The letting agent was punctual. But that’s the bare minimum. I had to miss a lecture to attend this viewing. After attending this viewing my partner and I expressed interest and we were informed we’d be contacted within 1-2 hours. There was no communication from the letting agent and they simply removed the property off the market without as much as a simple email to say “sorry this property is no longer available”. I’m incredibly busy with studying and upcoming exams and not only was it a waste of time, the letting agent couldn’t even inform us that the property was no longer available. This is a common habit with letting agents with properties on the lower end of the market, they disregard people without a second thought. I would not recommend this company and given some of the reviews, they have a habit of doing this.

Fantastic experience: We have rented from several estate agents over the last few years and this one by far was the best. After several difficult experiences with renting through estate agents, this one was easy and positive from start to finish. No difficult viewings, no application delays, no property fixes that were left for months (or as we have experienced never done at all) and no faffing around with the deposit return at the end of tenancy. From start to finish a brilliant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Leighton Paul as a letting agent to anyone; what a wonderful team. Thank you for everything and all of your help getting us into the property so quickly and out so fluidly when we were waiting for contract dates, if only all letting agents were like this one!!! 5 stars, fantastic.

Martin went up and above the call of duty to help me attain this certificate immediately as it was a time sensitive request. Great value for money and interpersonal skills. After calling most of the estate agents in Wolverhampton they were the only ones who knew about and provided this unique service. Huge shout out to them for this and well done. Positive experience: I was meant to view a property to let with Leighton Paul, and am relocating so had to travel a few days in advance to view the property. I checked rightmove the afternoon before and saw the property was "let agreed", and called the agents about this. All I was told was "oh yeah, the property has now gone, we'll have to cancel the viewing". They didn't contact me about cancelling the viewing, they do not seem to consider the time and money put in for these viewings. Edit: I do want to give credit, as the very next morning the owner Martin got in contact to talk through the situation with me. He was very apologetic and understanding, and clearly wanted to try and make things right. It showed him willingness to do better for prospective tenants and as a company.

Negative experience: They showed many houses for us, not a single house were in good condition. Some gardens were like forest, houses were untidy, if they get end of tenancy cleaning from previous tenants it would have been presentable. Even if we were running out of time, we cannot stay in a house like that. If they at least ask the landlord to renovate kitchen or carpet it will be better. Unfortunately disappointed
