Negative experience: Terrible customer service Booked a viewing last weekend for 3:30 using time booked off from work. 30 minutes goes by and no show from the agent and no respond form the phone. Gave it a couple days with an email asking if we could rebook and rearrange with no response almost a week later. Incredibly unprofessional if you’re a landlord and actually want to rent your property you might be best going else where!

She is very polite and nice. She updated us everything time to time and co-operate with us very well even our mortgage offer letter came very late but they waited very patiently. Fantastic experience: Called the Wednesfield office and spoke to Josh for some advice on renting out a house. He was very helpful and advised me of what I needed to do before marketing. He booked a valuation for Martin to value my house and he came and put the property on the market the same day. Got viewings within 24 hours and they let it after 48 hours. Very happy with the service and how professional they both were. Would definitely recommend and would give more than 5 stars

Negative experience: I raised serious concerns with Your Move Wednesfield about the risk of electricity disconnection at a park home site with many elderly and vulnerable tenants. The lettings manager, Martin, was dismissive and unhelpful. When I described the landlord as unapproachable, he focused more on criticising my choice of words than on the actual safeguarding risk. He even told me that if I was not happy, my grandfather who is nearly 90 could leave. At a time when tenants were genuinely worried about losing essential supply, I expected professionalism, empathy and reassurance. Unfortunately, this was not shown. The response left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously

Fantastic experience: It has been a great journey with Laura. She is your calm in chaos and she knows what she is doing and best at it. She is very patient and kind .She was with us every step of the way literally. She is highly professional and all accommodating. We are happy with our new home and thanks to Laura for making it easy for us.

Fantastic experience: Searching for an estate agent we had to select from approximately 30 companies. We used online filters to select the top 5 based upon those selling the most houses in our local area. We then ignored the obviously large corporates (didn't have the patience to be just a cog on a potentially one speed wheel) and sought recommendations from friends and family. The company that made our final list was Your Move and they had a branch locally too. Their representative (Najma) had a personable nature, deep knowledge of property in the local area and enthusiasm for getting the sales result. Najma recommended the auction route for our property from the off and she proved to be absolutely right. All recommendations were spot on and liaison with the auction company was very smooth. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Substandard and absolutely chronic service I had purchased a house through these in January, they failed to keep me updated with the sellers who had kept me hanging on for nearly 6 months, went through four times the sellers finding a property then dripping out, no urgency from this estate agents to get the property moving that I was purchasing. Between them and the sellers the lack of communication and truth was shocking. A truly stressful 6 months to no avail. I’d avoid dealing with these people at all costs!

Negative experience: If I could leave a no star rating I would. I agree with the previous review 100% . The communication was awful , we had to do the majority of the chasing for any info at all , no feedback on our viewings what so ever. Honestly could go on and on with all their wrong doings , but I'll just say avoid at all costs . We've looked at statistics since leaving our contract with them , and Your Move wednesfield are the worse performing estate agents in the area at present. Avoid if you want to actually sell your home

Negative experience: If I could put 0 stars, I would. Not impressed at all with the service which I have received from this branch. They have no sense of communication at all. I am a first time buyer so it's all new to me and they didn't even have the decency to let me know that I was on a waiting list to view the property or that an offer had been made. I have had to find this information out from a financial advisor. My mom also had the phone slammed down on her when calling on my behalf to find out what is going on. Absolutely disgusting, not a way to deal with customers at all.

We had major issues with the sellers solicitors whereby they were not responding to anything. That was until Laura got involved. Laura managed to get everything sorted so we were able to prepare for completion, even doing some of the solicitors work for them!
