Occasional we have had communication difficulties and had to chase up about certain aspects, sometimes they are hard to reach and end up waiting a while on the phone to get through to speak to someone. However most staff have been friendly and helpful over the phone and queries were answered or they got back to us at a later date.

This was a letdown, as we felt they were not genuinely interested in our requests. Or we did not fit their clientele. However, DB Roberts fell into our laps; we had not approached them before, but I must say. From my initial phone call to selling my house and purchasing a new home, they showed willingness and compassion for our needs and wants. The staff and management were excellent, showing true form. Fantastic experience: I had many interactions over the phone with various agents across the branch of DB Roberts, Josh, Sam and Jay to name a few that come to mind and they all pitched in to ensure me and my fiancée were up to date on the houses we were interested in, organising house viewings and what not. The first house viewing wasn’t great in all honesty, only lasted about 5 minutes and felt like we were pushed out as another couple came into the house and there was a lack of communication of the house itself and didn’t feel like we were as welcomed compared to 10 Ranger Drive in which the visit last well over 30 minutes and Sam was very interactive with us, giving us information and advice as we are first time buyers and he helped us tremendously and we cannot fault him at all. When we decided that this house was the one we were looking for and found ourselves living there the communication between myself and those working at DB Roberts was outstanding to ensure our offer was accepted and it was back and forth all day and I couldn’t be happier with the assistance of DB Roberts!

Negative experience: Atrocious Service, Communication is non existent, the way they treat you is if they have no clue what customer service is. They are clearly showing favouritism to certain buyers to the detriment of the seller not getting them the best deal. Best to avoid as a buyer and seller
