Negative experience: Unable to access the website after years of use, all of a sudden. It's telling me that I am offline, which is untrue. This is the only website I have difficulty accessing.

Negative experience: Utterly hopeless website for a property search. I hate trying to use it. Every time I go back to it I hope it's been changed but it's always the same. It's not remotely intuitive.

Negative experience: It's a portal for advertising a property. Don't approve of their attitude that if you advertise through ASPC then you are not allowed to advertise with anyone else. Sounds like a case of denying the customer any real choice. Obviously they approve of monopolies. Obviously allowed under Scottish Law but when you are advertising certain types of property it puts the client at a severe disadvantage.

Negative experience: Alex Hutcheon the best solicitors for selling and Runcie and Plenderleaf for buying by a country mile but the ASPC website has got to be the worst property search site in the entire world, its shocking a couple of kids from first year could do better!

Fantastic experience: With plenty of experience, I can honestly say this is the easiest and most customisable property search website in Scotland. Saved searches, easily configurable geographic search areas, all make it easy.
